“Akşam yemeklerini iple çektiğim yemekten inanılmaz keyif aldığım mükemmel lezzetleri ile akşamımıza keyif katan ve tüm Güler yüzlü personeli ile kendi evimizde hissettiren inanılmaz konforlu ve rahat bir otel. Dubai de tatil yapacak olan herkese tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca konumu itibari ile tüm sahili ve etrafı araçsız rahatça gezebilirsiniz. Türk personel İbrahim Bey’e de ayrıca yardımları için teşekkür ederiz”

“Some feedback from my recent stay.
Good points:
-beautiful rooms. bed is very comfortable, bathroom is great.
-great pool and beach
-great gym
-helpful and friendly staff
Some not so good points:
-Hotel doesn't take covid seriously. Many guests walking around maskless. Lifts packed with 10+ people and not wearing masks. Restaurant staff handling cutlery with no gloves and not wearing masks properly. The place is asking for an outbreak to occur.
-Not enough lifts. They are full a lot of the time and a round trip from room to lobby can take 20 mins. And I wasn't even staying in peak season.
-Not enough beds around the pool area
-Not enough staff on reception. Waiting time to be served was excessive. And it wasn't even peak season.
-kettle in the room wasnt working
-many tv channels in the room weren't working”
