“O pessoal da receção bastante antipático, compramos o pacote família e deram dois quartos separados o que é inadmissível, a limpeza muito fraca, não repõem produtos de WC, e pequeno almoço básico sem atenção para reposição. Foi uma grande desilusão, com um preço destes deviam ter atenção”

“I am genuinely surprised that this is a four star hotel. Strongly has the hallmarks of a bog standard three star hotel.Decor in the room is quite basic and dated/ not aesthetically pleasing. The toilet is bizarrely separate to the rest of the bathroom which was not clean; the embedded brown/yellow stain in the sink was disgusting.I see from other reviews there have been issues with the 3rd floor which is the floor I was allocated to.The lighting in the room was odd. The room was also very dusty. The air-conditioning didn’t work so I had to use a personal fan which was how I saw how much dust there was (as well as sneezing). No soundproofing from outside or within the hotel.Actually had to downgrade my review from a 2 to a 1. The electricity in the plug sockets kept randomly cutting out which meant I couldn’t sleep as the room was so hot (no working air con) and therefore my fan wouldn’t work.I had to go to sleep as soon as I got home. It was a miserable stay and I would not return.”
