Desde a recepção que não encontrava minha reserva feita e pagaa uma semana, quarto sujo com chão completamente molhado(poças de água) e pra completar na manhã que fui embora o café da manhã não estava servido no horário marcado. Não tinha nada no salão onde era servido o café, tive que esperar por 45 minutos para poder tomar café.”
