“EXCELLENT LOCATION UNFORTUNATELY AFTER 15 YEARS USING THE SAME HOTEL , SOMEONE FROM MAINTENANCE GOT INTO MY ROOM AT 8 P.M. WITH A MASTER KEY As I "played with MY WIFE IN BED" . WHEN I STEP DOWN THE STAIRS TO PUT THE COMPLAINT LAUREN THE MANAGER TOLD ME NEXT TIME PUT THE NOTE DONOT DISTURB THIS made me think that no matter how wonderful a HOTEL could beOR TYPE OF TECHNOLOGY has it; IF PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HILTON ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED OR THEY DO NOTKNOW THE MEANING OF PRIVACY I MIGHT BE IN THE WRONG PLACE THAT GAVE ME THE SENSATIONTHAT THE HILTON IS TREATINGCUSTOMERSAS COWSAS WE PAY FOR PRIVACY AND RESTI WOULD SAY USE A DIFFERENT HOTELEXCELENTE UBICACIÓN Lamentablemente, después de 15 años usando el mismo hotel, alguien de mantenimiento se metió en mi habitación a las 20:00 Con una llave principal Mientras jugaba con mi esposa en la cama. Cuando camino por las escaleras PARA PONER LA QUEJA LAUREN LA GERENTE ME DIJO:LA PROXIMA VEZ PONGA LA NOTANO MOLESTAR Esto me hizo pensar que no importa lo maravilloso un hotel podría ser o tipo de tecnología tiene ; SI personas que trabajan para Hilton no están debidamente capacitados o no SABEN el significado de LA PALABRAprivacidad ,Yo podría estar en el lugar equivocado Eso me da sensación de que el HILTONtrata a los clientes como vacas MIENTRAS NOSOTROS PAGAMOS POR DESCANSO Y PRIVACIDAD.YO DIRIA USE UN HOTEL DIFERENTE.”

“Grande sala. Hotel limpo. Equipe amigável. E: eles conseguiram descobrir como ainda servir um café da manhã quente, mantendo todo o distanciamento e nenhum contato próximo.O único problema é que o site não me disse que não havia serviço de transporte ... então chegar tarde da noite e ser informado, após 30 minutos de espera por um serviço de transporte que nunca viria, agora tinha que descobrir onde pegar um táxi , não foi um bom começo para minhas viagens.Atualize seu site e remova o serviço de transporte.”
