Bom custo beneficio, Executive Lounge para clientes Diamond e não cobra para receber encomendas.O hotel não é novo, alguns quartos já demonstram desgaste; na minha estadia recebi algumas encomendas através da UPS e não foi cobrada nenhuma taxa extra, mas acabou ocorrendo uma confusão, foi entregue pelo funcionário do hotel dois pacotes que não me pertenciam, por sorte percebi logo ao chegar no quarto, voltei e devolvi os pacotes que não me pertenciam ao mesmo funcionário do hotel e o alertei acerca do equivoco.O Executive Lounge, segue no padrão estadunidense, contando com serviço espartano de hors d'oeuvre no happy hour, com direito a uma bebida alcoólica por hospede. É lamentável que os lounges executivos nos EUA sejam tão inferiores quando comprados os asiáticos, europeus e latino-americanos. Mesmo assim, para um cliente Diamond sempre será vantajoso optar por uma unidade com lounge por mais espartano que seja.No mais, o hotel cumpre o bem a função de um hotel midscale de aeroporto, ou seja: - Boas cama. - Check-in/out rápido e eficiente - Shuttle eficiente e confiável.Já os clientes leais as bandeiras da rede Hilton da categoria Diamond, contam com alguns serviços e benefícios gratuitos: - Acesso ao Executive Lounge. - Acesso a internet premium - Full breakfast servido no restauranteEspero que esse breve relato ajude na escolha de seu próximo hotel :)

Um otimo local

Bem localizado perto de Nova York. Ambiente aconchegantes, bonito e tem um ótimo café da manhã bem diversificado. Limpeza de quarto deixa a desejar em alguns aspectos como tempo de faxina e trocas de toalhas, pois não trocaram as minhas no segundo dia de minha estadia.

Funcionários super solícitos. Quarto confortável e espaçoso. Ótima localização

I have stayed here for work several times and this is the best experience I have ever had at this hotel and it’s all thanks to Rafik. He greeted me and my coworkers with excitement and goodie bags at 11pm. He met each one of us at the door with a warm welcome and expressed his gratitude for having us stay here. He offered us a tour of the new crew lounge. His customer service was so impeccable that not only did he get us all excited to go for a tour late at night after a long day work, but we were all convinced that he must have been a new owner or general manager. He modestly told us that he was new to the front desk. I urge the owner of this hotel to take notice of this employee You have a very special worker on your hands. Best welcome I’ve received at any hotel by the staff. Considering the amount of hotels we flight crew stay at this is saying a lot.

Amazing Stay. The staff was so welcoming uptown check in. Very helpful and explained all the amenities on the property. Rooms are very spacious and well set up. Clean and comfortable. Very happy will absolutely stay here again. Huge shout out to Rafik he’s so helpful and just a wonderful happy person.

Buena ubicación y se ve confortable pero el "parking" debería ser gratis en su totalidad.

Most amazing staff ever! After a long and troubled flight Imani the shuttle driver kindly and personally assisted my exhausted and disabled grandmother. Edith graciously checked us in, making everything 100% comfortable and easy for our stay. The food and wait staff was beyond our expectations. Beds were a delight and the sun rising over NYC was brilliant to wake up too!

The service here is unparalleled! They are AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly and happy to help! This is the best hotel that is close to Newark Airport! The rooms are clean and quiet! They have refrigerators as well! It's a very comfortable hotel with great amenities! The only thing that is off, was a strange orange spray paint on the outside of my window....However, it wasn't a deal breaker. They fantastic staff made up for anything amiss!

Decent, room bathrooms are somewhat dated and in rough condition.Generally the hotel room was fairly clean but banged up from years of use.Very nice common areas pool was closed when we were visiting.Rooms were quiet despite being right next to the airport.No free parking.Would I stay again if I had to, yes but I wouldn't seek it out.

Me gusto mi estadía, los cuartos son muy cómodos y no hay nada de bulla. Toda la parte del primer piso es muy bonita. Tomamos el shuttle que nos llevaba al hotel desde el aeropuerto, lo toman en la estación P4 en donde te deja el airtrain. Vienen cada media hora. El check in y el checkout fue muy rápido. La atención de las personas del mostrador fue muy buena.Hay algunas cosas que podrían mejorar como por ejemplo que en mi cuarto que era doble no había frigobar pero en el cuarto matrimonial que también reserve si. Por otro lado, podrían poner una botella de agua en el cuarto.

What a pleasant surprise. A modern, spacious facility close to NYC, but world's apart from the hustle-bustle. Here, I found an oasis of comfort and convenience, polite, friendly, professional service. Clean rooms with COVID protocols clearly identified. Warm and friendly staff in the dining areas and well-coordinated by Rocco. NYC pizza on the menu, yum. Prices were high, but portions were generous. I would return here in a NJ-minute!

Overall a nice stay, everything was well stocked. Front desk was friendly and love giving cookies! Room and common areas were clean. Plenty of outlets of electronics and bar food was pretty good. Like all hotels bar is costly but convenient!

The front desk staff is incredibly kind and will do everything they can to take care of you.During my checkin I noticed several people thanking front desk staff as they left.The rooms are nice,basic TV options.You do need to pay for wifi,and breakfast (I think - they handed me a menu with prices,but I thought breakfast was included).The shuttle took 10 minutes and was only half full at 6am. No waiting for another!Great for an overnight in either end of your flight.

They had a shuttlebetween the airport to the hotel. It was warm inside. They did the best for what they had,I guess. We were there for 4 nights, never had our room cleaned or linen swapped. The desk staff were nice but it seemed like they never went home. I'm sure they were doing 12 hour shifts. I'm sure covid has everyone bent over a barrel. Until most of this covid mess is cleared up I can't say I would recommend this one if you're on vacation. Great spot to be if your flight was canceled or you work for an airline and want want a warm, comfortable bed and a good night's rest. If you're vacationing not so much. Our room was never cleaned or garbage can emptied. The pool was closed even though it doesn't say so on the website. They have a bar there that serves food but for the price it's fair with room for improvement. You can order take out which was a plus. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best and 1 the worst I give this place a 4.

Solo l e doy 2 estrellas porque de los 3 días q estuvimos hospedados, nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación ni cambiaron de toallas.

Muy mal hotel lejos de ser lo que promete su pagina web ..... Compramos una estadia de 9 noches pagadas desde Mayo fueron parte de un paquete adquirido en nuestro pais ..... A nuestra llegada nos cobraron un deposito de seguridad de $USD 550 ..... Al llegar a la habitacion asignada esta olia a cigarillo ..... Se supone esta prohibido fumar en las habitaciones al reclamar nos cambiaron a otra habitacion esta esta con la cama rota cortina callendose y una ventana quebrada y un baño en pesimo estado...... Me pregunto que caso tiene que cobren un deposito si las instalaciones caen a pedazos !!!! Volvimos a bajar con fotos para dar aviso y no nos cobrararn esos daños a nosotros ..... Quedaron de mandar a alguien a chequear los daños jamas llegaron .... Al otro dia (Hoy ) Salimos al regrezar nos encontramos sin limpieza cama sin hacer toallas sin cambiar !!! Cero empatia con los huespedes ......Solicitamos toallas limpias para tomar una dicha despues de un dia de paseo ... Debimos esperar 4 horas para que alguien llegaran con toallas limpias !!! En fin arruinaron lo que era nuestro viaje de aniversario de matrimonio

Hotel super lindo. Pero al hacer la reservacion del hotel en linea no te advierten que vas a pagar $30 de estacionamiento por noche.No tienen microhondas. Algunos receptaculos de la electricidad en el cuarto no funcionan. Recepcion no contesta el telefono para servicio. Deberia ser mejor por el dinero que uno paga.

When first arriving to the hotel, the outside and lobby look nice. We checked in at the front desk, and proceeded to our room. The carpet had holes in the floor. The walls had missing paint and holes. With no refrigerator or even microwave. When telling them this information they moved my room & offer me parking. The hotel smelled like weed everyday in the elevators and floors. Also have to request housekeeping “and hope they can find someone”. Every night we would have to park in the far back of the hotel because cars would be parked all over. Comes check out day, they tried to charge me $35 each night for parking. Not only did they guarantee me parking. How do you pay to stay at a hotel than charge your guest to park on premises... stay was awful..

Put it like this, I Missed my flight. I was leaving on time, super close to the airport.. The elevator was not working and traveling with multiple bags, down 11 flights alone did not help. Tried to call the desk, using every single button on the in room phone. No one answered. Not one line, I was trying to see if the freight elevator was an option. 830 flight became 3pm stuck in the airport. Seriously just terrible.

Están pendientes de tu comodidad y felicidad. Hacen lo posible para llegar a ese objetivo. El edificio te deja sin palabras. Está muy bien decorado, las camas son muy cómodas y todos los dispositivos andan muy bien. Un hotel con todas las letras
