“A beautiful hotel in Bogotá. We only get to spend one night there but our experience was not the best. We arrived to the hotel around 9:30 pm and the reservation was ready. We asked front desk to see if it was possible to go eat something at their restaurant and the say yes. We went to our room to leave our things, then we went to the restaurant and it turns out they had their famous brunch night. The food looked amazing but we decided to just have a la carte menu.
Our waiter took forever to take our order. He brought water but only one glass, ten minutes later we brought the second glass and took the order and gave us a piece of bread with some dipping, 30 minutes later we waited for our food but never came, the waiter never came back to check on us and we never saw him again.
We went back to our room and call the receptionist and told him what happened. The reception said they will bring the food to our room in 5 minutes. They did brought it fast but the food was cold and not very well made.
Our room had everything that we needed and more! The bed was amazing and the view was wonderful.
If you stay there go eat somewhere else, the restaurant service is not the best.”

“Best place to stay in Bogotá! Everything is great, but what makes this place amazing is the people who work here. The staff take into account all my preferences and are always happy to help. They give me suggestions of places to go, remember I am a vegetarian and help me with anything they can. Besides they are always super helpful and lovely to talk to!
