This large modern all non-smoking hotel has 395 rooms in two 12-story towers that are connected by skywalk to Fashion Mall at Keystone. Rooms all have super-comfortable signature beds with fluffy duvets and crisp white sheets free Wi-Fi 37-inch flat-panel TVs and coffeemakers. The lobby bar is a favorite place to mix and mingle and the hotel restaurant offers casual dining. The indoor pool hot tub and well-equipped fitness room are great recreation options and there's also a business center and a gift shop on-site. There's a charge for parking. NOTE: The hot tub is closed for repairs through April 15 2019. Sheraton Indianapolis Hotel at Keystone Crossing is 30 minutes from downtown Indianapolis Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Stadium home of the Colts. Indianapolis International Airport is 26 miles from the hotel.

“Shower didn't work right. Most of the water didn't redirect so the pressure was very low. One of the lights in our room was out. The coffee maker also didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but I expected more than that. The bar was poor. The bar tender was unknowledgeable and way too stingy for the over priced drinks. The parking was also awkward. At checkout, we Indicated that we would like someone at the hotel to follow up with us about our stay, which was more than two week ago, and we never heard from them. I'll stay somewhere else next time.”

“This is a great hotel, well taken care of, and good staff. The hot water was a significant issue, as the shower took at least 15 min to warm up. From what the staff said, it was all of their rooms, after we asked to be moved. But, the African American women at the front desk, were awesome. Would be the perfect experience, if not for the plumbing.”
