“We were expecting a subpar experience after reading these reviews but honestly had a lovely stay. The shuttle ran on time and the staff were helpful at every turn. The pool is unique and clean (with a great sunset view) and the rotunda downstairs catches the breeze beautifully. This was a great spot for our family before an early morning flight.”

“Estou aqui há apenas 3 horas e já me sinto compelido a escrever um comentário. Minha viagem começou extremamente difícil, pois a companhia aérea perdeu minha bagagem. No check-in, perguntei na recepção se eles tinham escovas de dente e pasta de dente que eu poderia usar, achei que isso era prática padrão, especialmente em um hotel de aeroporto. Ela deu de ombros em direção à loja e me disse para verificar lá. Havia escovas de dente, mas nenhuma pasta de dente. Extremamente estranho, parece uma coisa muito fácil fornecer aos seus convidados apenas um pouco de hospitalidade. Além disso, compramos o complemento "lanche e bebidas" de US $ 20 para o quarto, sabendo que tínhamos um longo dia de viagem e provavelmente estaríamos com fome. Não foi reconhecido no check-in, então assumimos que estaria esperando no quarto. Quando não foi, voltamos para perguntar sobre isso, para o qual nos disseram que “precisávamos de um quarto maior para isso”. Mas é claro que, ao examiná-lo, ele confirmou o que já sabíamos, que já havíamos pago por ele. A bolsa que ele nos trouxe deveria ser para 2 pessoas, mas continha 1 água, 1 suco de maçã, 1 coca cola, 2 barras de granola e 2 sacos de lanches do tamanho de um avião. Não é bem o que esperávamos.No geral, se você estiver reservando este hotel pela conveniência, eu não esperaria nenhum.A equipe do bar da piscina e restaurante até agora têm sido muito agradável e acolhedora.O serviço de transporte também foi bastante frustrante devido a ter sido desligado mais de 3 vezes ao tentar encomendá-lo, mas quando eles chegaram, tudo bem, então vou reter o julgamento lá.”
