“CREDIT CARD FRAUD! This hotel and chain is unscrupulous, unethical and little more than common thieves! I strongly urge that people think twice before booking with them. I had booked a room at this property for a stay in May a month or so prior to the Covid shut-down and the Canadian border getting shut. I contacted the property and they refused to refund my deposit and sited that I had booked on a room sale so all sales were final. I ended up disputing the charge through Visa and after 2 months got my deposit back ($203 Canadian) in July. Then this property turned around and charged my credit card AGAIN in August for an additional $197 Canadian. This amounts to little more than outright Credit Card Fraud and theft! Be warned this is how they do business!”

“The place was nice and clean. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed was a delight. My only two complains were that the carpet was a little wet by the AC condensation, and that the service although very polite, was a little insistent (was awaken twice by people asking about room cleaning).”
