“Maravilhoso, ótimo café da manhã, jantar vip com um vinho maravilhoso, pessoal super atencioso... como não lembrava do nome do vinho que era rosê bem suave, uma delícia, pedi através de e-mail que me enviassem o nome e procedência do vinho, aí não fui atendido, fiquei um pouco chateado porque adorei a bebida e queria compra-la aqui em São Paulo se eu achasse, no mais, valeu a estadia nesse hotel.”

“Started out poorly, having had to wait for nearly 4 hours for my room (to be fair, I arrived at 9 and check in was at 2, but usually hotels can accommodate you). Stay improved: room was fine and breakfast is good. The staff was very apologetic about the initial snafu.”
