“Second time staying here, let me be clear: Front desk, personal and servers are great! Some of them could use some training but overall excellent customer service.
The rooms could definitely use some work!
Bathrooms do not have “shelving” inside shower to facilitate showering… where can we place soap, shampoo? This is a very easy issue to fix it!
Hairdryer was not working this time around, also very noise bathroom exaustor.
Love the location but will think twice before booking again.”

“Disappointing visit! The hotel is located in a great neighborhood. There is however far better options close by. The hotel is far from its five stars communicated over for example booking.
Our toilet was broken and rooms roof filled with dead flies.
Kudos to Edelaine in the cleaning staff who was very helpful and service minded.”
