“We stayed at reef of Atlantis. Enjoyed my time there. The only issue I had was it takes forever for someone to answer the phones. It didn't happen all the time, but quite often. However, I felt really safe with my family at paradise island. No covid issues at all. They are doing a great job, keeping covid out of paradise island. Which includes weekly testing for their employees.”

“The hotel is spectacular with beautiful amenities, however, trying to get assistance to find safe dining options for my food-allergy kiddo was clearly an inconvenience for them.
I asked at the time of booking on Feb 23 to get the form for food allergies. It did not come. I sent a follow-up email a few days later but did not receive a response. I called in the first week of March to request the form and was assured it would come. It did it.
Fast-forward to our check-in on March 16 and I was assured by the concierge I would receive it imminently. It did not come. On March 17, I received an automated email asking how our stay was going and chose to provide feedback about the form. Finally, I got a phone call that evening (late enough to wake up a sleeping 3 and 5 year old) to start the ball rolling.
It’s now March 19 and I’m still trying to figure out if we can safely take our kids out for a nice meal. Concierge desk informed us that most places are almost fully booked, so I’m not holding out much hope.
We picked this place based on stellar reviews of other travelers that allergies would be well-managed. I’m disappointed. Thankfully, we’ve got a full kitchen and have been able to safely cook all our meals.”
