“The stay was great. Room was very spacious with the upgrade. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well-prepared with more than ample portions. The lounge staff was great especially considering this was the first week it had been open since the lockdown. Location is perfect.”

“Having stayed at the Drake before Hilton bought the property, it’s a shame what they’ve done to this classic CHICAGO hotel. We arrived Friday night and there were no blankets for the sofa bed. It took 4 calls and over an hour to get a blanket for my kids. On Sunday evening we called to get bath towels because the housekeepers didn’t leave any. We were told that they had no one on staff to deliver them until 9 am, almost 2 hours later. Amazing. And the room was falling apart. Peeking wallpaper, cracked and flaking ceiling plaster, and a hole in the wall where a mini fridge had been removed. FYI, I am a Hilton Diamond member, so I doubt your experience will be any better, especially in terms of service. Shameful.”
