“This hotel is no way a five star hotel. The most I would give it is a three star. I have stayed at many hotels, including the Hilton, around the world, and they are a lot better than this in this category. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. Furnitures, fixtures, carpet, and even the curtains all need to be updated. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is a across the street from the beach, which is convenient.”

“Great hotel, very welcoming. We arrived much earlier than check in and were able to store our luggage for the day. Room was clean, with a nice view of the beach and sea. Rooftop pool and bar was incredible, as was the service throughout our stay. Breakfast was the best we had during our trip to LATAM. Hot tubs could do with a clean but otherwise perfect. Thanks for the cake on arrival to celebrate our occasion, much appreciated!”
