“Room was musty and smelled bad. No way to crack the windows and the bathroom fan didn’t work. Hotel tried to mask it with fragrance but it just made it worse. No pool, and the fitness center is in a dark basement. No complimentary breakfast or even coffee. Expected better for over $300 a night. But it is in a good location.”

“Pretty good hotel , location is perfect, right in Downtown Providence.
Was surprised with the gym as well - decent equipment to throw intense workout.
Didn’t expect that the room don’t have refrigerator- never seen that in hotels before and it’s very inconvenient without it.
Plus they don’t do daily housekeeping anymore, only towels and trash replacement on request.
It’s surprising, considering the prices for the room…
