Clean room, comfy beds. Free breakfast not so great. Front desk staff was really friendly. Checkout was a breeze.

As far as cleanliness, they are very clean but slightly dated decor. I was told by the hotel staff that upgrades/renovations will be happening very soon. Front desk staff is very pleasant. Breakfast is sufficient and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean and we'll maintained. Gym area was closed but, in the process of being updated. I will gladly stay here again after renovations.

Breakfast choices were very few and the choices that were available weren't very good. The pillows were soft but worn out. Once you laid your head on them they flattened out to almost nothing. The air seemed to only work when we were in the room and activately moving around, or maybe it just didn't work right. Either way, we set the thermostat, left, came back and it was still the same temperature as when we had left the room hours earlier. It did cool the room down once we were in for the night but then it got hot enough to be uncomfortable while we were sleeping. Other than that it was a typical hotel stay. Nothing exceptional, nothing absolutely horrible.

Medina is awesome! It was a holiday weekend and we did not have reservations for a hotel. We had tried to make some reservations online and we’re not successful. I called the hotel and got the most wonderful person who answered and assisted us. Medina!! We were able to get a last-minute reservation and have a safe clean place to stay. Thank you so much for your help! You were very kind and considerate over the phone. And you helped us get a room! Thank you. The hotel itself is very clean. The morning breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. I really love they have a dog walk stations to prevent having piles in the grass. That is amazing! Good night stay.

This place was almost perfect. Here is the good parts first. My husband and I had a king jacuzzi suit. The room was clean, comfy and the jacuzzi tub was huge and comfortable. Great pool area and that was clean as well. The food was great in the morning, hot and fresh and delicious wonderful for a hotel with free breakfast. An employee named Patrick was there in the morning organizing the food and he was amazing!!! One of the nicest people I have ever met! Now for the bad, the reason that I only gave 4 and not 5 stars. The Assistant manager named Kim that checked us in was one of the rudest and coldest people I have ever dealt with in customer service. Hotels are supposed to be homey and inviting right? This lady made us feel anything but being at home. I was so nice to this lady when we were checking in and she made me feel like I was a problem. I later left my room to ask where the pool was and she told me where it was but acted like I was inconveniencing her. Then after my husband and I took a swim on the way walking back my husband threw a plastic bottle in the trash can in the lobby and she yelled at us telling us no glass bottles at the pool. My husband said it was plastic you can check the trash if you want and she said nothing. Not even an apology after being rude to us. Great hotel horrible assistant manager.
