“Lovely hotel with antique interior designs and furniture. Service is top rated with staff always friendly and willing to assist. Many speak english. Rooms however lacked what are now considered basic amenities. No iron neither kettles in the room. Safety deposit boxes were non functional. We had to request these things and apparently they seened to be in limited supply. This hotel is rated as 4 5 stars. Internet connection dropped constantly on the 12 floor and was non existent in the lobby. Restaurant is room service only except for buffet breakfast.”
