“If I could give more than 5 stars to this hotel and its staff, I would. Everything has been excellent. Our stay was arranged at short notice due to my mother being flown to Santa Maria Hospital from Faro. Not only is the hospital a few minutes cab ride to the hospital, but the room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and fresh.
I would 100% recommend this hotel and if my mothers stay at SM is extended, then we will return next week.
I would like to pay particular attention to Rui, who has worked tirelessly to assist us with arranging Dinner, taxis and making excellent recommendations of places to visit, whilst we waited for visitation time at hospital. Lucia, who made us tea when I was crying my heart out and offered kindness and a human touch, going above and beyond her job.
The staff here have been professional, helpful, respectful and kind and considerate.

“Bisschen laute Straße, dafür aber sehr zentral. Noisy street if you open the windows to air out the room. As soon as you close them it is quiet absolut. Very nice and helpful staff. Underground parking is safe and clean but requires a small car. Overall a good experience.”
