Tive um atendimento muito ruim. Salão de senhoras não está funcionando corretamente. O tratamento de spa é muito ruim e as meninas não têm idéia de massagem terapêutica. Acho que eles apenas contrataram garotas aleatórias sem a devida certificação. São sorte da experiência e sorte do conhecimento. O que foi realmente o lado mais feio do serviço é que a Gerência do Spa também não se importa com o feedback dos hóspedes. Eu estava errado quando acreditei que uma vez que eu reclame com o gerente, ela resolverá o problema ou pelo menos mostrará algum INTERESSE. Mas ela nem tentou me ouvir nem me ajudar. ela apenas respondeu de maneira rude que posso deixar meu feedback. então eu fiz.

Tuve un muy mal servicio. El salón de damas no funciona correctamente. El tratamiento de spa es muy POBRE y las chicas no tienen idea de la terapia de masaje. Supongo que solo contrataron chicas al azar sin la certificación adecuada. Son suerte de experiencia y suerte de conocimiento. Lo que realmente fue el lado más feo del servicio es que la gerencia del spa tampoco se preocupa por los comentarios de los huéspedes. Me equivoqué cuando creí que una vez que me queje con el gerente, ella resolverá el problema o al menos mostrará algún INTERÉS. Pero ella ni siquiera intentó escucharme ni ayudarme. ella simplemente respondió de manera grosera que puedo dejar mis comentarios. Así que lo hice.

I had a very bad service. Ladies salon is not working properly. Spa treatment is very POOR and girls does not have any clue in massage therapy. I guess they just hired random girls without proper certification. They are luck of experience and luck of knowledge. What was really the most ugly side of service is that Spa Management also does not care about the feedback of guests. I was wrong when I had belief that once I complain to the manager she will solve the issue or at least show some INTEREST. But she not even tried to listen nor assist me. she just replied with rude manner that I can leave my feedback. so I did.

Reservé 3 suites por 11 noches desde principios de agosto de 2022 para unas vacaciones familiares. La experiencia fue realmente increíble y más allá de las expectativas. El nivel de limpieza e higiene estuvo de acuerdo con las expectativas. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y están bien diseñadas. I booked 3 suites for 11 nights from the beginning of August 2022 for a family vacation.The experience was really amazing and beyond expectations.The level of cleanliness and hygiene was according to expectations.Rooms are very specious and well designed. The services and reception check in/outprocess were easy and smooth..Breakfast was my favourite part of the day due to variety and freshness of the food.Special thanks to Mr.Omar Kharab and the reception staff Marwan and Alisha. سكنا في الفندق ب تاريخ 4 شهر 8..• أول مشكلة واجهتها كانت عدم توفر ڤاليه للسيارة وهل شيء غريب على فنادق ال خمس نجوم. • ثاني مشكلة كانت في عملية ال تشيك إن .. كانت بطيئه بشكل غريب وانتظرنا خلف شخصين .. مع انو متواجد ثلاث موظفين ومدير !! ولم تكن الموظفة "تيا" ب تركيزها أو متعاونة. • ثالث مشكلة بعد استلام الغرفة كانت ريحة ممر الغرف والغرفة كانت مخنوقة ومو مشغلين التكييف ولها رائحة !!• الغرف إطلالتها جدا جميلة والغرفة واسعة. • الحمام جدا كبير والديزاين جدا مميز ورومانسي. • طبعاً يتوفر حوض استحمام جدا جميل.• رابع مشكلة ومن أسوء المشاكل .. الماي الحار أصفر !!! اتوقع التنك مصدي أو شي .. وهل شيء حرمنا من الاستمتاع ب حوض الاستحمام !!!!! • خامس مشكلة التكييف جدا سيء وصوت التكييف جدا جدا عالي ومزعج وقت النوم !!! • سادس مشكلة ومن أسوء المشاكل .. الفطور .. كان جدا جدا صغير وغير متنوع يعني تقول فطور فندق ثلاث نجوم .. ف ابدا ابدا لا انصح بالفطور للاسف !!

Má experiência. Ao reservar no Movenpick, um hotel 5 estrelas, você espera uma experiência específica de alto valor. Eu estava o tempo todo me sentindo como se fosse um hotel que abriu literalmente ontem e ninguém sabe o que fazer e como fazer. Processo de check-in muito lento, esperei 30 minutos para que alguém estivesse livre para me fazer o check-in, e já passava das 18h e eles me disseram que meu quarto não está pronto! !O quarto era bom e confortável, no entanto, não havia lixeira, mesmo eu pedi uma, mas nunca consegui, sem portas de carregamento USB, apenas 70 canais na tv, sem ferro, travesseiros são ruins e o banheiro estava vazando. No check-out também tive que esperar, havia apenas 1 recepcionista disponível para todos os hóspedes dentro e fora!Durante a segunda noite todos os convidados acordaram às 4 da manhã assustados com o som de um alarme de incêndio, só para saber mais tarde que era apenas alarme falso!!! E não se preocupe em ligar para a recepção ou informações do seu quarto, você pode esperar 10 minutos antes que alguém atenda o telefone.O café da manhã não é ruim, mas ruim com opções limitadas, há apenas 1 tipo de queijo por exemplo, então há uma escolha muito limitada de itens.Aconselho uma mudança imediata na gestão, pois durante o check-in e check-out testemunhei 4 clientes insatisfeitos discutindo com a recepção, então não sou só eu.

Mala experiencia. Cuando reservas en Movenpick, un hotel de 5 estrellas, esperas una experiencia específica de alto valor. Todo el tiempo me sentí como si fuera un hotel que abrió literalmente ayer y nadie sabe qué hacer y cómo hacerlo. El proceso de registro es demasiado lento, esperé 30 minutos para que alguien estuviera libre para registrarme, ¡y ya eran más de las 6 p.m. y me dijeron que mi habitación no está lista!La habitación era buena y cómoda, sin embargo, no había papelera, incluso yo pedí una pero nunca la obtuve, no había puertos de carga USB, solo 70 canales en la televisión, no había plancha, las almohadas eran malas y el inodoro goteaba. A la salida también tuve que esperar, ¡solo había 1 recepcionista disponible para todos los invitados que entraban y salían!Durante la segunda noche, todos los invitados se despertaron a las 4 am asustados por el sonido de una alarma contra incendios, ¡solo para saber más tarde que solo era una falsa alarma! Y no se moleste en llamar a recepción o información desde su habitación, puede esperar 10 minutos antes de que alguien conteste el teléfono.El desayuno no es malo, pero pobre con opciones limitadas, solo hay 1 tipo de queso, por ejemplo, por lo que hay una variedad muy limitada de artículos.Aconsejo un cambio inmediato en la administración, ya que al registrarme y salir vi a 4 clientes descontentos discutiendo con la recepción, por lo que no soy solo yo.

Bad experience. When you reserve in Movenpick, a 5 stars hotel, you expect a specific high value experience. I was all the time feeling as if it's a hotel that opened literally yesterday and no one is aware of what to do and how to do it. Check in process too slow, I waited 30 minutes for someone to be free to check me in, and it was past 6 PM already and they told me that my room is not ready!!The room was good and comfy, however there was no trash bin even I asked for one but never got it, no USB charging ports, only 70 channels on tv, no iron, pillows are bad, and the toilet was leaking. On check out also I had to wait, there was only 1 receptionist available for all the guests in and out!During the second night all the guests woke up at 4 am frightened on the sound of a fire alarm, only to know later that it was only false alarm!!! And don't bother to call reception or information from your room, you might wait 10 minutes before someone picks up the phone.The breakfast is not bad, but poor with limited choices, there is only 1 kind of cheese for example, so there is a very limited choice of items.I do advise an immediate change in management, as while checking in and out I witnessed 4 unhappy customers arguing with the reception, so it's not just me.

Houve muita demora no checkin, quase uma hora esperando na fila. Depois de chegar ao quarto, tivemos que ligar 3 vezes para perguntar sobre nossa bagagem e, no final, tivemos que pegá-las no concierge. Piscina foi a maior decepção! Esperávamos que estivesse lotado, mas não esperávamos que as pessoas estivessem na piscina com suas roupas completas. Não entramos na piscina porque estava uma bagunça total, nada como um hotel 5 estrelas.Quarto era limpo e agradável, com vista incrível, mas havia vazamento no banheiro. Hubo mucha demora en el checkin, casi una hora esperando en la cola. Después de llegar a la habitación tuvimos que llamar 3 veces para preguntar por nuestro equipaje y al final tuvimos que ir a buscarlo nosotros mismos al conserje. La piscina fue la mayor decepción! Esperábamos que estuviera abarrotado, pero no esperábamos que la gente estuviera en la piscina con la ropa puesta. No nos metimos en la piscina porque era un desastre total, nada como un hotel de 5 estrellas.La habitación estaba limpia y era agradable, con una vista increíble, pero había una fuga en el inodoro. La comida es deliciosa y el ambiente del restaurante es en general tranquilo y agradable.

Been here today 9th of July 2022 for eid holiday, Excellent property with excellent service right from the check in. The Chinese lady Ying on the check in counter was extremely kind and helpful to get us our rooms in no time even due to heavy rush. The property is having extremely high quality pool for kids which we often get to see in water parks. The rooms and the services to the rooms is 7 star. I would recemond everyone for the hotel to visit and take advantage of the exceptional service that they provide. Waiting for morning breakfast and hope to have some mix variety of breakfast from Indian to Arabic to intercontinental breakfast...

There was a lot of delay in checkin, almost an hour waiting in the queue. After arriving to the room we had to call 3 times to ask about our luggage and at the end we had to get them ourselves from the concierge. Pool was the biggest disappointment! We expected it to be crowded but didn't expect that people will be in the pool with their full clothes on. We didn't get in the pool because it was a total mess, nothing like a 5 stars hotel. Room was clean and nice with amazing view but there was leakage in the toilet. Food is tasty and the restaurant ambience is overall calm and nice

First and foremost I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Ying at reception desk for being warm, kind and very accommodating in my stay. Furthermore, I would to thank the front office staff Noreen, Hussein and Lyssa which there were very hospitable and warm in their welcome. Last but certainly not least, Thyme restaurant was extremely nice and had a very pleasant vibe into it. I will certainly be coming back with my fiancée but holidays this time. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous. The staff especially the housekeeping and front desk people are nice. Breakfast is delicious and has plenty of options to choose from. However, it looks like they are short of staff for maintenance. The TV we had was not working. No IT staff was available at night. The bidet was leaking as well.

My stay was amazing and wonderful, Rooms so cleaned nice maintained by house keeping , Room size very nice and big, we was 3 families all of us enjoyed a lot specially our kids they enjoyed with kids pool, The hotel is 100% suitablefor families, In lobby there movenpick cafe they has lots of coffee and tea options Our breakfast was good and enough variety and tables they has.. location is so quiet no traffic It’s 15 minutes from Dubai marina I got nice service n deal n experience with front desk’s manager mr ranjan He was in a lot of pressure because of weekend they has lot of gusts during weekend , but He gave me his time , and he got for me 8 rooms so easy and fast thanks a lot mr ranjan hope everyone deal with him… In the end thanks for all heroes and stars who make my family stay happy and enjoyable and memorable from housekeeping akhilesh and saikumar,, and from movenpick cafe pampha, And on their head the successful manager mr FADI. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y preciosas. El personal, especialmente el personal de limpieza y de recepción, es agradable. El desayuno es delicioso y tiene muchas opciones para elegir. Era um lugar muito grande. Muito limpo, que é a coisa mais importante em qualquer grande hotel. A variedade de comida no café da manhã era tão boa e saborosa.As duas únicas coisas que não gostei: 1- Localização do hotel, bastante difícil de entrar ou sair. 2- AC não estava frio o suficiente para mim. Minha esposa estava bem com isso, então não tenho certeza. Acho que gostaria que fosse mais frio.Ao verificar o Sr. Ahmad foi bom o suficiente para nos dar mais tempo organizando nossas coisas antes de sair do quarto.

Fue un gran lugar. Muy limpio, que es lo más importante en cualquier gran hotel. La variedad de comida en el desayuno era muy buena y sabrosa.Las únicas dos cosas que no me gustaron: 1- Ubicación del hotel, bastante difícil entrar o salir. 2- AC no era lo suficientemente frío para mí. A mi esposa le pareció bien, así que no estoy seguro. Creo que me gustaría que fuera más frío.Mientras revisaba al Sr. Ahmad, fue lo suficientemente amable como para darnos más tiempo para organizar nuestras cosas antes de salir de la habitación.

It was very great place. Very clean which is the most important thing in any great hotel. The variety of food on breakfast was soo good and tasty. The only two things I did not like: 1- Hotel location, quite hard to enter or leave. 2- AC was not cold enough for me. My wife was fine with it so I'm not sure. I think I might like it to be more cold. While checking out Mr. Ahmad was nice enough to give us more time arranging our stuff before leaving the room.
