“Arrival day was ok - only person at the customer service resolution was above expectations , Daphnee . Besides that it was just a disaster Shower broken on day 1 Ac does not work - twice technician showed but still broken on day 4 !!! I was not the only guest on the list whose AC WAS JUST NOT WORKING 👎👎👎 The door boy was rude and at times very lazy to take take us to the other restaurants - Beach towels are not washed - we returned beach towels where we witnessed the guy just folding it for other guests !!! This hotel is rated as a 5 stars - to me this is a 3 or below !!!”
