“Nearly everything is perfect about this hotel. The location is 2 minutes from the beach, the staff were always so friendly and lovely, the pool area was clean and comfortable.
This hotel is so close to 5 stars but the beds are really a massive let down. They are rock hard for the whole week we were there we did not get one night's sleep. Not ideal when you are in holidays trying to relax. When we said it to reception, you knew by the response they had heard it before. By talking to friends who live in the area it seems to be a well known fact about the hotel. We asked for a duvet to put under us which was provided and gave a tiny bit of relief, but unfortunately not enough for me to recommend anyone to stay here.
If they sort the beds out, this place could be perfect!”
