“Definitivamente não é um hotel de 4 estrelas. Estou dando a este hotel 2 estrelas por causa do atendimento ao cliente. Experimentei um bom atendimento ao cliente de todos os funcionários que encontrei, exceto o barista da Starbucks. Além disso, o quarto estava sujo. O quarto tinha um cheiro desagradável. Encontrei migalhas debaixo do criado-mudo. Além disso, sempre que abria a água, sentia cheiro de ferro. O cheiro da água me deixou insegura de escovar os dentes. Se a equipe não foi amigável, eu teria dado a este hotel 1 estrela. Ao todo, sinto que o preço teria sido razoável se a qualidade do quarto fosse melhor. Não vale a pena. Talvez eu devesse ter ficado na minha primeira escolha. Não voltarei.”

“Not great. Ended up paying well over $200 more than what we were quoted at booking. Mattress is hard as a rock. TV remote was not working and even after multiple calls and visits to the front desk, the issue was never addressed. TV sound kept going in and out. Faucet on the bathroom sink was leaking. No liners in the trash cans, which I find to be pretty gross and unsanitary. I just expect more for a 4 star hotel. I’ve had WAY better stays and 2 star hotels.”
