“Siempre espero mis visitas aquí; no solo porque me encantan los cristales, sino porque el personal siempre ha sido muy acogedor y atento. Lamentablemente, supe que algunos de mis miembros favoritos del personal ya no trabajan aquí debido a los muchos cambios que se produjeron durante la pandemia; pero realmente amo la atmósfera y los hermosos cristales que se compran. Una vez tuve una maravillosa sesión de lectura psíquica y reiki que me hizo llorar y su nombre era Iman. Realmente extraño su presencia y extraño a los ex gerentes que trabajaron aquí también como Nina. Independientemente, la tienda está impecable y, a pesar de todos los cambios y la rotación de nuevas personas, todavía amo las vibraciones positivas y los curanderos que trabajan aquí. Acabo de visitar este fin de semana del Día del Trabajo y solo tenía dinero en efectivo y quería regalarme 3 tektitas. La nueva política de la tienda ha cambiado y ahora solo se aceptan tarjetas CC como pago, así que tome nota de esa nueva regla. Una mujer muy amable con el nombre de Stacey se estaba hospedando en su hotel boutique y escuchó que no podía usar mi tarjeta cc, por lo que graciosamente colocó los 3 pequeños meteoritos de piedra de tektita en su factura total y literalmente me trató y me regaló el compra que no pude hacer. Este es solo un ejemplo del tipo de clientes que atrae esta maravillosa boutique y spa. Estoy muy agradecido 🙏 y aprecio la maravillosa ayuda que he recibido a lo largo de los años y le deseo a Ruby Room mucho éxito en los próximos años. Siempre es un placer estar rodeado de tanta belleza y personal genuinamente amable y clientes iluminados.”

“We booked a room here for a stay in early July. Due to COVID restrictions and plane cancelations we had to cancel our reservation. A month later and the hotel still hasn't issued a refund and will not return our phone calls. Every time we call we're told the exact same thing; "The management isn't in and they will have to call you back". There are plenty of good hotels in this great city. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them. Update: Moments after leaving a review on Yelp the owner of the hotel messaged back saying "We have issued over one hundred refunds as a result of covid-19." He also asked that we (the reservation was in my husbands name) contact him and left his information. Funny how a month goes by and no messages are returned but as soon as you leave a review... We canceled our reservation through the booking company on June 17th (weeks in advance) yet the owner says there is no record of it. Okay, maybe a glitch in the system? We understand things happen, however, both the booking company and my husband have left multiple messages at the hotel and the owner says there is no record of those either. Clearly he does not have the right systems in place to run a successful hotel. It's also possible he's not being entirely honest but that's just speculation. He did start the conversation by saying "I don't have your money. The booking company has your money". A statement that was proven to be false. The booking company confirmed they paid the owner (as business is done) and it is now the owners responsibility to refund our money as they no longer have it. The booking company also confirm calling the hotel on our behalf and leaving messages. Messages that were never returned. In the end he refused to give us a full, or even a two night refund. We booked for three. He did offer us a one night refund but ONLY if we promptly took the reviews down. We decided that rather than give in to a bully, it was worth that one nights fee to let people know how this hotel owner chooses to operate. The Ruby Room Inn books profits, not guests.”
