“Fantastic team!
My boyfriend and I had planned a trip to see my family for Christmas, that had to be cancelled last minute because of Covid cases in my family. The 1 night we were supposed to stay at the NH San Sebastian therefore had to be cancelled, however the team at the hotel was very easy to reach and communicate with, and was kind enough to facilitate the cancelation. We are very grateful and will definitely opt for the NH anytime we will be back in San Sebastian.”

“Food was great and reasonably priced for fine dining. There wasn't a lot of choice though.tables were very well spaced out and Covid hygiene well respected unlike other places in San Sebastian. Note the restaurant is not dog friendly but the bar area is. Staff are likely happy to accommodate (it wasn't too busy despite being peak August season)”
