Foui bem agradável a estadia. Bem localizado, limpo, funcionários atenciosos. Poderia melhorar na conservação das poltronas... e quando a nossa saída o café da manhã não estava com reposição dos alimentos as 9.30hrs mesmo o horário do café terminando as 10hrs. Também uma certa ortodoxia na saída pois nos foi cobrado um extra ( por sairmos 30min apos o check out ) quando o hotel estava bastante vazio..

Recordações péssimas do Porto de Gênova, o boats&breakfast Porto Antico One é horrível, de frente pata o Burger King, fede podre, era pra ficarmos dois dias, ficamos 16 horas, sofridas.

Génova é uma cidade portuária bonita mas um pouco suja. Quando me refiro a sujo é à cidade perto do porto , não a nenhum hotel . Há hotéis muito bons , mas para preços baratos encontra se alguns que não interessam.

Terrible location, air conditioning can only be adjusted +\- 5° and was sweltering at night. They tried to stick me in a standard room when I paid for a premium room and tried to tell me “not all rooms look like the picture” when I complained. It was visibly a different room. Would not stay again.

Al hotel le falta mantenimiento ,el desayuno es abundante y bueno encuanto a las alfombras de los pasillos todas sucias y la habitaciones carecen de encanto ,cuandofuimos a la habitación que nos tocaba era demasiado chica y muy ruidosa . Gracias ala amabilidad de la señorita de recepción Miriam que nos dio otra habitación, en esa nos encontramos un poco mejor pero insisto que es una lastida que no hagan nada para mejorar las condiciones del hotel y la limpieza

Massive seaview suites spread over 2 stories. The large downstairs has a living room with two couches, a coffee table and a very large desk and chair, bathroom, storage and a large closet. The large upstairs has a spare bedroom, a master bedroom and a second bathroom.The hotel is in a perfect location right in the water in the midst of everything the waterfront has to offer and the historical old town is just steps away. WOW!Some quibbles, reception was distracted during check in, answering the phone. Then basically just handing out the key and room number when finished on the phone. Perhaps, very Italian, but unexpected and abrupt, especially considering we're staying in one their top suites for multiple nights.Also very strange, we have a seaview suite with fantastic windows but four are soaped out from the outside so you can't see through and then two more have a huge sticker that fills exactly where you look when you are trying to look out. The giant stickers are kind of see through but you can only vaguely see shapes and colors and can't really even tell what you are looking at. One of the remaining windows is either half soaped from the outside or just very dirty. So out of a dozen or so windows we have three that you can use and see out.The view is beautiful, too bad we can't see more of it. Yes, some of the windows open fully fortunately, but others only partially.Breakfast was superb! Lots of seating indoors and out, with great views of the marina. Lots of variety and local selections. As an example, 5-6 different focaccia breads and 7-8 different types of croissants, not to mention fruits, breads, cheeses, eggs, meats, more. Also many different types of juices and water. Mint water for example, and water with orange in it. Lots of variety for coffee and tea too, a delicious licorice loose leaf tea as an example.Parking is very easy, indoors.To the hotel: thank you for your response. We do indeed look forward to returning to this hotel and to Genoa. Such a beautiful city, and your location is so perfect.

Great hotel. Excellent location on the wharf at the port. Harbor view from the rooms. Large rooms are well equipped. Very comfortable beds. An excellent, rich, varied and well-made breakfast. Beautiful dining room with marina views. Excellent staff. Strive above and beyond to help solve problems.

Very nice location on the harbor pier in Genova. 20 minute walk to the train station. Generous breakfast. Suites have stairs, FYI.

Perfect night at NH collection hôtel on the marina in genova. Sea view room was delightful when you open your eyes in the morning. Staff was professional and very nice. I highly recommend the hotel. I will probably try another hotel from same group in another city and i surely will get back to you 😉

No sé por qué el mozo no nos dejó sentarnos en la mesa que queríamos y nos mandó a la barra.... Pensamos que era solo para los que hacían cena o habían reservado pero no, resulta que otros sí podían sentarse a tomar donde querían y mis amigas y yo en la parte menos bonita a pesar que el lugar estaba casi vacío y nunca llegó nadie a ocupar las dichosas mesas 😒....

Estuve en este hotel con mi familia (mi mujer y mis hijos) este pasado sábado y desde el primer momento GENIAL. Nos acogieron con amabilidad, e incluso afecto, en un muy correcto español (aunque todo el personal de la recepción habla diferentes idiomas, marcados en una chapita visible en su uniforme). Nos subieron, sin coste, la categoría de las habitaciones y, aceptando su invitación al desayuno, acertamos con éste: ESPECTACULAR (aunque se echara de menos nuestro sabroso jamón ibérico...). Únicamente tengo palabras de agradecimiento a todo el personal con el que coincidimos, por su amabilidad y buen quehacer... Hasta pronto
