This boutique hotel overlooks the Chicago River. The building dates back to 1950. “Let me give you the only review you'll need. Building is beautiful, friendly helpful staff doing their absolute best. The rooms are huge and spacious and great views.
Now I'll give you the bad hotel is outdated. It's such a shame for the beautiful location and potential. It kind of shows the company is struggling. Considering we're in the middle of a pandemic I don't see anything changing, but this looks like it's been from before this. For the price you're paying you're getting a large space, views and helpful staff, but don't count on a updated space. This is shown from the bed sheets, stains on couch, walls, bathroom furniture. I also found a pubic hair in tub. Lots of beautiful and more up to date in decor and attention hotels in the area. Hopefully this hotel will be brought back to life in the future.”
