“Without a doubt the best resort I have ever stayed at! I was here for a week with my husband on our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was amazing, and especially during COVID, it was evident the safety measures they were taking to ensure guests felt comfortable and safe. Everything was sanitized always--they even sanitize your luggage for you upon arrival. All pools were incredible with a nice view of the beach. The coffee bar in the lobby was so good, we got something from there every day.
10/10, we will absolutely be back and I will be recommending this resort to everyone I know.”

“Staff? 5 stars. Very kind, helpful, willing to do what it takes to make you happy. (Shout out to butlers Jessica and Mose!) The hotel looks very nice and modern. We are still questioning whether the "preferred" upgrade was worth it, but we are leaning towards yes for access to the extra pool and the very attentive staff there. But for an all-inclusive at this price point, the food needs work. It all looked pretty, but tasted very bland, even in the Mexican restaurant. Maybe they make it bland to cater to a broad clientele (or the quality of the ingredients was off that week), but we were disappointed frequently in the food. Otherwise a really good vacation!”
