“Contemporary nice B&B Hotel. Inexpensive. Rooms are clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is great.”

“Don't be fooled by the Hyatt brand. Rooms are very small. And not well made. I have a pillar in the middle of the room.
Shower did not have a curtain or glass partition so after each shower I have to spend time mopping the floor.
House keeping did not show up all day then I was told at 5 when I wanted to rest before going out that they stop at 5:30.
Staff was very unhelpful and non cooperative.
Hyatt head office should be concerned about their brand representation in Armenia.”
