“Excellent location, so close to all the main attractions in Yerevan. I had a comfortable stay. The room was as expected for an Ibis hotel but while the room was clean enough, it was not as spotless as other ibis hotels. The staff didn’t all look happy to be there but they performed their jobs well and were as helpful as can be. Would go back.”

“Location is great. Good internet connection. Clean enough. Nice rooms.
However, we had 3 different reservations but one after the other one and for the same people. Instead of letting us stay in one place from the very beginning and checking in only once, they made us repeat the same process 3 times and change the room. That could have been addressed different to make our stay easier.
They also should clean the room every day, instead of saying that they had no enough time. Cleaning staff is very polite though.”
