Drove over 14 hours from Ohio to be greeted with great customer service. There was a snow storm approaching too so they checked me in as quickly as possible. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the front desk people were very friendly which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible customer service and follow up!! My husband and son stayed at this Hampton Inn while driving from Chicago to CA. I booked the hotel for them and just received a call letting us know that we had forgotten an important electronic item. When I checked with my husband (who was still driving... by now in New Mexico) he checked and found his iPad was not there. It had likely fallen out of his bag since he hadn't even used it in the hotel. Absolutely stellar customer service from Chris (the manager) who tracked us down and plans to have it shipped to us. A HUGE thank you goes to Kenny from housekeeping who located it and provided it to management. A Happy New Year indeed!!

Large, clean, spacious rooms with handicapped bars in bathroom. We decided to stay an extra day, and the assistant manager, Ramya P., went out of her way to be cooperative and friendly when we were required to move (based on a previous booking of the room). Excellent breakfast!

Clean rooms, well maintained property, comfortable beds and pillows, quiet despite being near I-35. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of foods although that sausage tasted like turkey sausage (blech). Coffee was great. The desk staff were very pleasant and professional. We'd stay here again!

This hotel is not up to the standards of a Hilton property. Had to ask for towels, tried calling but no answer. Went to desk, attendant was playing on her phone. No linens provided for pull out bed, had to go to desk again. Beside tables had residue from previous coffee cups etc. No Kleenex. Room smelled like old smoke. Breakfast had a lot of choices but food was old and dry. 3 single size cream cheeses I picked were already opened. The young man on duty said he'd give me a discount for the room but then said that "the drop" had been made and he couldn't. Just a poor experiences all around. Would NOT recommend.
