Vim aqui para um almoço de casamento na sala Sentosa - sala pequena e aconchegante, com vista para o verde através da janela de vidro de corpo inteiro.A comida era decente, sem queixas em qualquer um dos pratos. O serviço também foi bom, os servidores vieram e perguntaram se havia alguma alergia antes do início do curso.

Came here for a wedding lunch in the Sentosa room - small and cosy room, overlooking a green view through the full length glass window. The food was decent, no complaints at all across any of the dishes. Service was good too, servers came by and asked if there’s any allergies before the courses streams in.

absolutely mind blown - had zero expectations of a Singapore hotel, expected it to be basic and perhaps tired in terms of deco and room condition. It was anything but that. Capella is modern, clean, spacious and exceptionally well maintained. true value for money and will certainly be a returning customer. it is pricey but you get what you pay for.

Que lugar bonito. Passei uma tarde inteira + noite aqui no spa Auriga, bar do Bob e restaurante knolls. O ambiente, a vista para o corpo d'água, e a manutenção geral do local aliado ao atendimento superlativo fazem com que seja uma experiência inesquecível. Mas junto com as coisas acima, vem um preço alto, mas devo dizer que vale a pena pela experiência. Esta revisão não cobre ficar aqui, mas apenas as 3 experiências acima mencionadas que tivemos.

O nosso quarto era limpo, espaçoso, luminoso, confortável e bem abastecido com comodidades. Uma equipa simpática deu-nos as boas-vindas ao quarto e orientou-nos sobre todas as comodidades do hotel. Gostei muito dos toques de cortesia como o chá da tarde e uma cesta de frutas que nos foram apresentadas, além das já disponíveis no quarto do hotel. Excelente atendimento e hospitalidade da equipe Capella! Estarei definitivamente de volta.

A estadia foi nada menos que incrível! O serviço maravilhoso e atencioso pela equipe e a suíte com vista para o mar estava imaculado. Adoramos os workshops que participamos. As refeições no The Knolls são uma classe acima de outros hotéis. Você sabe que a Capella leva seu serviço a sério. Bem feito.

Our room was clean, spacious, bright, comfortable and well stocked with amenities. A friendly staff took the time to welcome us to the room and oriented us to all the facilities within the hotel. Really appreciated the complimentary touches like their afternoon tea and a basket of fruits that were presented to us in addition to those already available in the hotel room. Excellent service and hospitality by the Capella team! Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful place. Spent an entire afternoon + evening here in the Auriga spa, Bob's bar, and knolls restaurant. The ambience, the view of the water body, and the general maintenance of the place along with the superlative service just makes it an unforgettable experience. But along with the things above, comes a hefty price tag, but I gotta say it's worth it for the experience. This review doesn't cover staying here, but just the above mentioned 3 experiences we had.

Best hotel experience ever. Staff went above and beyond for all my requests. They were patient, understanding, and kind.The hotel grounds are also gorgeous - had a truly relaxing stay! Will definitely be back soon.

The stay was nothing short of amazing! Wonderful and attentive service by the staff and the sea view suite was immaculate. We loved the workshops that we attended. Meals at The Knolls is a class above other hotels. You know that Capella is serious about its service. Well done.

We spent my birthday here and we loved our stay! Especially loved the room balcony and the glass window facing a huge tree. The whole resort is just so peaceful and tranquil. Other favourites are 1. they have an adult pool 2. Short walk to palawan beach and (via sentosa shuttle) you have plenty of restaurant options 3. There's 3 restaurants/bar in the resort which are also fantastic. Above all this, we find Capella superior to other hotels/resorts in Singapore because of the staff. They are all very nice and accomodating, definitely exceeds our expectation!

The Capella on Sentosa Island is beautiful with its colonial architecture and green surroundings. The pools are nicely set up, so they don’t just look stunning on pictures, but actually really help you to relax. My partner, dog and I stayed at one of the garden villas. The villa was beautifully made, had a great layout and a much bigger plunge pool than anticipated. I really enjoyed staying there and felt that the furnishing was of good quality. However, the usability of electronics and especially lights was difficult and needed trial & error. The entertainment equipment is of great quality, but not up to standard anymore. Also, the cleanliness was not up to scratch. From cobwebs and watermarks on tables to stained carpets and old encrusted milk stains next to the bed. Towels & bed sheets were clean though. The outdoor area of the villa is spacious, but not fully enclosed, which may be an issue for some dog owners. We were OK though. I am confused when it comes to the service. I emailed guest relations weeks in advance that I am vegan and that I am staying for my birthday. Both information were acknowledged, however the cake I received was not vegan. My partner double checked with the hotel, but the service stuck to the non-vegan cake. We wanted to dine at the hotel’s restaurant “Knolls” the first night, but amended plans when we realised that the hotel was not prepared to cater for vegan guests. Only at breakfast the next day, was I given a choice of vegan foods, which were all delicious. Two ladies of the Knolls restaurant at breakfast service (maybe managers?!) were super lovely and really took good care of me and my wishes. One of which even organised a birthday fruit platter and souvenirs from the hotel on day 3 of our stay to make up for the cake. She shared that she is in the process of becoming vegan herself. I believe that the Culturist (who acknowledged my vegan lifestyle) does not know how to handle vegans, but the Knolls restaurant does. All in all did we enjoy staying at Capella. There’s plenty of room for them to improve, especially since the backbone is near perfect. Upgrade the entertainment systems, have a look at usability in the villas, train service staff on dietary needs and double check on cleaning service. It’s to be said that I stayed on a promotional rate and therefor may feel more forgiving than would I have paid more.
