“Karla was a great front desk agent, she was so kind and gave me her best. Congratulations for your personnel.
The 2 stars are because I was disappointed about the hotel, it’s so old, has a bad smell, rooms old. I stayed at the Sheraton in San Diego and London and I was expecting something similar.
I won’t recommend to stay in this hotel. Bonvoy Marriott should checked the permanence of this hotel.”
