“Fomos em março de 2022. Nossa experiência foi ruim no geral. Muito mau serviço e atenção da recepção e manutenção, parece que eles estavam insatisfeitos. Quando acabamos de chegar, o crachá não estava funcionando e eles nos fizeram esperar do lado de fora da sala por cerca de 20 minutos, além disso, tivemos que descer duas vezes na recepção porque o crachá ainda não estava funcionando. A janela não funcionou e tivemos que abri-la e pará-la com uma garrafa de plástico. As cortinas e tapetes eram muito fedorentos, sujos e manchados. O hotel em geral muito escuro. Também muito caro para o que eles oferecem. Nós não vamos ficar lá novamente.”

“Fuimos en marzo del 2022. Nuestra experiencia fue mala en general. Muy mal servicio y atención de recepción y mantenimiento, pareciera que estaban descontentos. Cuando apenas llegamos no servía la chapa y nos tuvieron esperando parados afuera del cuarto como 20 minutos, además de que tuvimos que bajar a la recepción 2 veces porque la chapa seguía sin servir. No servía la ventana y la tuvimos que abrir y detener con una botella de plástico. Las cortinas y la alfombra tenían muy mal olor,estaban sucias y manchadas. El hotel en general muy obscuro. Además MUY caro para lo que te ofrecen. No nos volveremos a hospedar ahí.”
