“I'm disappointed with their service. Today is my birthday and my girl friend bought cake from outside. Because It was handmade cake for special day. but when she bring the cake to hotel, they charge for cake even I explain today is my birthday. other 5stars hotel give free cake for birthday guests, not charge . If they offer service like this who want to stay this hotel for special day. Estou desapontado com o serviço deles. Hoje é meu aniversário e minha namorada comprou bolo de fora.
