Chegamos ao balcão e a pessoa continuou parada lá até que eu me recusei a responder qualquer coisa até que eles se mudassem. A pessoa na recepção acabou dizendo ao outro convidado para se afastar. (a pessoa estava perto o suficiente para ver todas as minhas informações). Eles também usaram dois cartões diferentes e suspenderam o incômodo que não entendemos e, quando perguntamos, disseram que não o fizeram. Eu então tive que mostrar a prova de que isso aconteceu, mas mostrando-lhes meus extratos bancários. Eles repetiram a mesma coisa continuamente que seria revertido. Sim, nós sabemos disso. Horrible customer service and room quality. Was given an unmade and unsanitized room first. Went to the front desk where they gave me a new room. Arrived at the new room and it smelt strongly of cigarettes, which I had not booked a smoking room, and there were clearly signs saying no smoking. The house keeper delivered the next key to the room but rudely asked if we had been the one to smoke in that room, to which I responded we had just arrived and been given an unclean room prior! It was the third room before I was given a proper room. Had a shower and the water pressure was just horrible! Unsatisfied, and unpleased with my stay. Would not recommend

Chris at the reception is sooo unbothered and is not there to help at all! I’ve made a reservation by mistake and he HUNG UP ON ME because I wanted to talk to his manager for a $97.78 took into my account when I have called the same day to told them there was a mistake in this reservation. I travel a lot and this experience never happened to me. I understand theres a policy for reservation but I shouldn’t have to wait 4 DAYS to speak to a manager about this issue and probably will have to wait another week to have my $97.78.

The cleanliness of the lobby area and rooms in general are pretty good. You can most definitely see the changes due to COVID. The details on the screening form are are not just the average four questions they go into detail which is a bit more comforting knowing that these questions are being thought of.However.....As we entered the lobby the person at the desk waiting to check us in, called us over three time, however didn't say anything to the other guest checking in that was in the spot we needed to go to. We got up to the counter and the person still kept standing there till I refused to answer anything till they moved. They person at the desk eventually told the other guest to step aside. (the person was close enough to see all my information). They also used two different cards and put a hold on bother which we didn't understand and when we asked they said they didn't do so. I then had to show proof that it happened but showing them my bank statements. They repeated the same thing over and over that it would be reversed. Yes we know this. This isn't out first time at a hotel.The weekend we stayed there was a bit colder then normal and the temperature in the room was only able to go up to 24c. We had to get the extra bedding out from the closet to layer on the Bed in-order to stay warm through the night. The floors were super cold even thought we had the heat in.The tv channels were not as programmed. They had a card with all the tv channels that didn't match. The guide on the tv didn't match either. Example; if the guide said channel 46 was the food network it wasn't the actual chanel. It was on chanel 2. I know it's minor but for a big chain company like this . I feel like they should fit.

La opción de desayuno no es tan buena. 5 estrellas para el personal y la cortesía y el apoyo de la recepción. Llenaron accesorios de toilrt durante más de 2 semanas y proporcionaron toallas y otras cosas de uso diario a granel. Wifi necesita una mejora significativa. En general, el lugar podría ser mejor. Una experiencia de estancia decente sin salir de la habitación.

The place is decent. I've been in quarantine here for 14 days. The room is good. The staff is very professional and courteous. Breakfast option is not that great. 5 stars to the staff ans front reception courtesy and support. They filled toilrt accessories for over 2 weeks and provided towels and other daily usage thing in bulk. Wifi needs significant improvement. Overall, the place could do better. A decent stay experience without stepping outta room.

Very clean 👌 the room smells nice. They take all the covid safety precautions carefully, I felt very safe i didn't feel like I need to clean anything, they all the info about their cleaning, provided in each room so you'llknow how your room was cleaned. Price is amazing for the service you get.

Hotel is very clean, check in was quick and easy. That being said, I think the beds are actually made of cement, it leaves you waking up very stiff and sore. The walls are on the thinner side, so it was easy to hear the neighbours stomping upstairs.

I stayed here for work for two nights. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff were friendly and check in process was quick and easy. Had to fill out a health questionnaire when I checked in. The rooms have hardwood floor instead carpet, which is great. Unfortunately, it also doesn't dampen sound like carpet and the walls are a bit thin, so it is very easy to hear your neighbors. I recommend asking for a room (if available) away from everyone else.Parking is free, but requires a parking tag. Didn't realize parking was an issue in this part or townFeels kind of unnecessary.Lots of places to eat within 5min, including Ikea (but restaurant is closed during pandemic)Limited services available due to COVID.

Excelente lugar, excelentes facilidades peroooooooo la peor experiencia de trato la recibí de una persona que labora en el área del comedor. Tanto así que nos dañó el viaje y adelantamos la fecha de irnos de Canadá. Nos quitó el plato de comida sin haber terminado, se nos paró al lado para apresurarnos. Y faltaban 2 horas para cerrar el lugar.Y para colmo me faltó el respeto por que mi esposo no le dejó el máximo de propina. Fuera de ahí el hotel maravilloso.
