“For a Westin, there were some flaws but overall a great stay.
Cons:
- shower water was backed up. I dislike standing in dirty water when showering.
- gym restroom was gross
Pros:
- room was spacious.
- location was great
- nicely decorated interior
- breakfast was awesome! Got to try local cuisines!”

“Staying here at the moment, having checked in earlier for a 3D2N staycation. The 1st night (tonight) already started on a bad footing — both my room 2305 and the one we took up next door — are kinda hot and humid, and yet it is registering a max reading of 19° on the control panel already!
[Update #1] Tue 6.01am : The management took a proactive approach and dropped the following card under our room door. Special thanks to GM Mr. Gregory Gubiani for taking the time out to personally address this.
