“I've been to other branches of Hampton Inn and suites, most of my stay were good. I was a little bit disappointed with this one in Norfolk, Va. Expectation was not met. Served hard frozen eggs for breakfast, need to go out of the hotel to find food for lunch and dinner. Room was not cleaned unless requested (we were not informed about this). One lady in the reception (night dury) didn't even greeted us back. (Take note, i greeted her!)
I will not recommend to my family and friends to book at this hotel.”

“This was a very nice hotel! Especially for the price. The rooms were cleaned well and then bathroom was stocked well with name brand soaps. The only thing I had to complain about was the incredible road noise. All night I struggled sleeping because of how loud it was. Secondly, the breakfast was kinda weak in comparison to other Hilton’s I’ve stayed at, and a lot of the items weren’t event stocked that were supposed to be there.”
