Everyone is very attentive and they make sure that all your needs are met! Everything is well kept and clean. The food and drinks were amazing! Me and my husband loved Randy who was our butler. He made all our dinner reservations and even gave us his number for if we had any concerns or special request. He also gave us great tips and places we should visit during our stay. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you enjoy your stay to the max! The whole staff are very friendly and try their best to help you and guide you. I do recommend to make all your dinner reservations the first day you arrive. We will definitely come again and we will most definitely ask that Randy be our butler again!

This was our first time here to DR! TRS was adult only and very quiet! Met great people! Bartenders were great, Humberto was super entertaining! Ramon at the buffet worked with my food allergies perfectly! Our butlers Randy and Norris couldn’t have made it a better trip! Norris gave us daily tips on events and booked dinner every day for us! She even treated us to a romantic set up in our room with roses, bath drawn and dessert! Norris was reachable at all times which made our stay very comfortable!!!!

We had a great time at the resort. The room was beautiful and clean. Our butler Randy was awesome!!! He took care of all of our needs and I was able to contact him at any time. Jose at the lobby bar makes the BEST drinks and the staff we’re very pleasant. The only down side was although our room stayed cool compared to the outside, but at night is was not as cool as I preferred. Over all great experience.

Just returned from a girls trip celebrating my sister’s and my birthday. The resort was very nice. The grounds were well kept and the rooms were very clean. All the staff was very nice but Francesco (butler service) was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. He even surprised us and had our rooms set up with balloons, cake and champagne one day when we returned from an excursion. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because although the beach was spectacular, it was hard to enjoy because of people harassing you to buy spa packages, pictures with animals, excursions, get your hair braided, etc. I highly recommend this resort.

This was my first all-inclusive resort experience, and this hotel/resort was lovely. The grounds are beautiful, the proximity to the beach couldn't be better, the restaurants I tried were very good, and the staff were mostly excellent. In particular, Eskarlen, who provided butler service to my room building part of the time that I was there, was amazing. She was super professional, courteous, and did her best to accommodate and make sure that the requests I had were answered. I can't say enough good things about her. The beach was clean and the loungers were comfortable. The beach servers are attentive and efficient. The pool area was also very nice, though I spent almost all of my time at the beach. The Chic Cabaret show was awesome, and the food served there was also delicious. I definitely recommend this resort and hope to return in the future.

TRS was such a perfect place for a honeymoon. The food was delicious, the staff was so friendly, and the views were stunning. The drinks were so yummy and the butler service solved any issue that came up. Everyone is super eager to help out and they were all so kind. Elvis and Kaury ran the best activities throughout the day! Such a refreshing place to vacation!

The beach was amazing and beautiful! The pool area was very clean and luxurious! The bar at each restaurant was outstanding.When you get the lobby you are grated with amazing smiles and beautiful people that cater your needs!The entertainment team are beyond excellent! En un hotel de estas características hay cosas que no se pueden consentir. Cuando llegamos a nuestra habitación tenía un olor a humedad que no se podía estar dentro. Las sábanas tenían agujeros, y no las cambiaron en toda la semana (ni las toallas, por cierto). Los acabados de la habitación no fueron los esperados: en la ducha había varias capas de óxido. La aplicación del hotel, cuando funciona, ofrece información que no es correcta (horarios de bares mal puestos, aparecen restaurantes que ni están abiertos, platos que no salen en las cartas). El hotel cambió nombres de bares y restaurantes pero no los han modificado en los carteles que hay por el complejo, y la aplicación los sitúa fuera de su localización real. Los dispensadores de gel de todo el hotel no funcionaban. Encontramos menores en sitios de sólo adultos, sin que el staff hiciese nada al respecto. Si vas a un bar y pides una cosa en concreto, cuando vas a otro la misma cosa no sabe igual: no hay consistencia. La playa perfecta y las piscinas estupendas. Al final el balance de la estancia es bueno, porque al fin y al cabo es básicamente el paraíso, pero creo que hay cosas que, en un hotel de este tipo, se deberían mejorar.

Alexander is the greatest and funniest entertainer in this Resort. He brings so much fun and happiness. I could highly recommend the stuff there.Only the music is to loud and there is not enough Latin music - just mainstream every day.

Really loved our stay at TRS. It was a very amazing experience! All of the staff were super duper friendly and always had a smile on their faces waiting to help. I wish the food had a little more taste but I think it may be a cultural thing but nonetheless all of the exquisite fruits and dishes were still tasty. The accommodations were extremely clean. We didn't find any dust or dirt in corners or anything that would make us think that housekeeping did a mediocre job. We stayed in a junior swim up suite and it was amazing. We did notice that times that leaves and debris would build up by our room but every day there was a pool attendant who came by and cleaned the area so we really appreciate it that. One thing that we wish we had when we first got there was a tour of the entire property so we would know where everything was. The resort is so huge that even staying there a week isn't long enough. When you stay at TRS you have access to the entire property which was really cool. We definitely took advantage of many of the restaurants and our favorite was the Indian restaurant. It was quite delicious. Be prepared to bring mosquito repellent because there are lots of those in the area. Overall we would definitely go back and we are planning on bringing friends with us next time so they can enjoy the same awesome experiences that we did. Also be sure to shop around for the excursions because some of the salesmen overcharge. I would suggest sticking with the salesman located in the main lobby of TRS. Also you shouldn't pay over $35 for transport to and from the airport. If you have a chance to visit Zentropia definitely make sure that you try that out. The spa and pool and juice bar and Jacuzzi were all and amazing experience especially if you want some quiet time away from everyone else in the spa and the hydrotherapy area there's tons of peace and quiet. The grounds all around the property were simply amazing and full of vegetation that I've never seen before even at other islands in the Caribbean! We'll definitely have to come back to visit this amazing resort and we would highly recommend that you do too!

Absolutely perfect vacation! Check in was fast and easy. We traveled as a group of 10 and the resort was able to get us all in the same building and close together. Grounds are beautiful and well kept, transportation around the resort is always fast and easy. The entertainment staff is amazing, Elvis is the man! He is so accommodating and will make sure you are having the best time ever!

We loved the bar staff. The butler Francesco was so helpful. Christine the maid was amazing. I loved the Helios the restaurant and the staff. Also the French restaurant was perfect. We loved the pool bartenders and the Alexander and Elvis from TRS WERE SO ENTERTAINING. We loved the aerobics that Alexander showed us. Especially his moves. Elvis was fun during the pool games.

Nos ha encantado el hotel, las instalaciones, el personal, las piscinas del hotel son increíbles... Totalmente recomendable por todo. No se echa de menos la playa, ya que por la temporada en la que hemos venido no la hemos podido pisar mucho por el tema de las algas, pero gracias al equipo de animación con el que cuenta el hotel, se nos ha hecho la estancia muy cómoda y confortable. Es un equipo muy profesional, atento, amable y sobretodo animadores ya que desde por la mañana hasta por la noche están haciendo actividades muy muy divertidas con las que se te pasa el día volando y disfrutas todo el día gracias a ellos. Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este hotel. Dentro de lo que más resaltamos es: - Buena ubicación (cerca de la playa, cerca del aeropuerto) - Instalaciones hermosas e impecables. Todos los días puedes ver personal realizando mantenimiento a las instalaciones que hace que se vea muy bien el hotel - Servicio de mayordomo excelente. Nuestro mayordomo Nilson fue muy atento a todas nuestras dudas, requerimientos, etc. siempre alegre! De igual forma Adris fue otro mayordomo que se portó muy bien con nosotros. - La habitación fue muy cómoda - Piscina para adultos buenísima. Por ahí hubo un par de días que faltó quitar los bichos pero nada que quitara la diversión y tranquilidad - Restaurants buenos! Recomiendo este hotel, principalmente si tu plan es relajarte y ser engreído, y si no tienes niños aún, este lugar es 100% recomendable.

We had an amazing week celebrating our engagement. Randi made sure that everything was special! He took us to sign up for our excursion, walked us to the shops, and always made sure that we had reservations at all of our favorite restaurants! Randi is very knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face! He truly cared about making this trip memorable. Leo was our other butler and he was so sweet too. He seemed very interested in how our trip was going each day. We chose to go to Saona for our excursion and it was breathtaking. The water was so clear and blue! The tour guides were funny and did a great job at making everyone feel safe. There was a photographer who really cared about capturing all of our special moments! We will be back!!

By the time I landed I had amazing airport transport Andres to take to the amazingly beautiful immaculate Turquesa hotel the food the drinks the grounds was clean and room was amazing. Also Americo my butler was amazing help the times he was there and all the staff great job. Only I think the room needs is more outlets to charge devices , but I made it work. The people was beyond great and even upon leaving they treated me like a queen. Definitely recommend TRS Turquesa Hotel. Book and Stay I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Quick getaway well desire. Excelente estadia, tds seguindo os protocolos do covid-19, tds de máscara e diatncias seguras, tudo perfeito, comida, quarto, Atividades, diversos jgs na piscina e na praia para os hóspedes e tds do hotel são muito receptivos. Localização perfeita de frente pra o mar azul do Caribe.

Decidimos viajar para a República Dominicana após ouvir falar muito bem das praias e fizemos uma reserva em através de CVC.Naturalmente houve algumas adaptações devido a pandemia, no entanto o hotel está bem adaptado a situação com rigorosos protocolos de limpeza em todos os ambientes.Os restaurantes a la carte exclusivos do TRS são especialmente bons, se estiver viajando só em adultos e puder, vale a pena escolher o TRS como destino! Nem todos os restaurantes estão abertos devido a pandemia, embora os que estejam sejam muito saborosos. Todos foram muito atenciosos, mas cabe destacar alguns: Ramonita e Edminda estavam sempre sorrindo e rindo, enquanto Angel sugeria bons pratos e drinks, busque a ajuda dele, se possível!Houve algumas falhas nos dias de maior movimento (final de semana) com demora no serviço e chegamos a ter uma reserva em um restaurante que não foi atendida: chegamos no horário reservado e estava cheio demais. Cansamos de esperar e fomos à outro restaurante. Alguns itens do cardápio estavam faltando e alguns pratos vieram incompletos, só descobríamos que não estariam como no cardápio quando chegavam.As bebidas só TRS são excelentes, vários whiskys 12 anos e Vodkas boas, como Absolut e Stolichnaya.Sobre os bares, Domingo e Dolores estavam sempre atentos na piscina aos nosso pedidos, assim como Dicia na praia.O responsável pelo entretenimento, Albe, estava sempre animado e nos convidou para diversas atividades: desde aula de dança a pool bike.

I’ve stayed here twice now and I just loved it! This is my first time staying in the TRS Turquesa and it has been an amazing experience. The bar, the room service and all of the hotel staff are wonderful and charming, with a positive atmosphere surrounding everything all the time. People like Julio and Baker and all of the staff made everything just perfect! Thank you.

Absolutely loved my trip here. The butler was very nice and attentive. The staff is nice and friendly. There are a variety of pools, all which are nice. There are 17 restaurants which you may satisfy your pallet. Room service is nice, but often the food was barely warm by the time you get it. The beach is very nice, but the seaweed is plentiful. I couldn't really enjoy the relaxing water. My only concern is that the staff goes in your room entirely too much while you are not there. We noticed the nice gestures they left behind, but we also noticed items missing from our room as well the day before checkout! This is why I hardly every unpack or leave items sitting out in plain view. The facility itself is awesome and they not killing Americans at TRS. 😊
