- Rooms (4 out of 5): We took the standard rooms, overall good but it's a bit tight with kids and they are bit out of date . - Cleanliness (5 out of 5): Spotless. - Staff (4 out of 5): One of the most helpful and delightful staff we dealt with, but extremely slow at front desk. - Food (5 out of 5): Yumm, and excellent in variety. - Beach (5 out of 5): Sand is great, sea is very shallow so water is always at a an ideal temperature. It gets crowded around 11AM. - Location (5 out of 5): It's perfect if you're looking for a more secluded location, far away from the city noise. I would say perfect for families with kids. - Facilities (4 out of 5): Great for a family with a toddler, has good play & water facilities for them to enjoy. Although, their beach foot shower is really bad. No pressure and it takes forever to wash off your sandy feet.

We have had an amazing holiday, stayed for 7 days with an all inclusive holiday. The service has been amazing throughout. The food was excellent. The hotel and the resort was very clean and nice, the atmosphere has been very pleasant and relaxing. Lots of activities for the kids, the entertainment team was excellent. Everything throughout has been excellent. We are very very satisfied with our holiday. Clara and Cristina have both been amazing to us. Thank you from Alex , Marina and Oliver

First time guest and greatly impressed! All the package is here: Fun, Food and Super Family Friendly. The atmosphere around the building and through the beach is very pleasant. We had a great holiday at the Albufera Playa, the welcome drinks on arrival were a nice touch, and the service to take the bags to the room was great, not that common for an all inclusive hotel. The drinks were very good, there were a lot of big brand spirits on offer. The food was good and having the option of two restaurants to eat at in the evening was great! The choice of three pools was great, the bottom pool was perfect for our young kids, and there was always a good selection of sun beds, it wasn’t too cramped, which was a nice change. The beach was incredible, especially on calm days with no wind, the water was really warm and ideal for young kids. The entertainment in the evening was really good, most of all the rock band. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, nice quiet location, I would definitely consider going again!

Cuidado, os mienten por teléfono para asegurar la reserva.Teníamos reservado el Albufera Playa del 17 al 23 de agosto. 10 días antes llamo para preguntar si el hotel está abierto y les digo que necesito saberlo seguro para comprar los vuelos. me responden que sí. gastamos 1000€ en vuelos y 2 días después me llaman para decirme que mi hotel NO ABRIRÁ... Alucino y le respondo que 2 días atrás me dijeron que estaba abierto y ahora me dicen que no abrirá,es decir, ME ENGAÑARON Y ME HICIERON GASTAR 1000€ . Me ofrecieron un cambio manteniendo el precio por el Iberistar Playa de Muro vendiéndome la moto de que era igual o mejor. Miro por internet y me salía casi 200€ más barato... y ellos pretendían cambiar uno por otro sin devolverme el dinero. vaya cara más dura. Lo anulamos todo y buscamos otro hotel mucho más competente, nos fuimos al Viva Cala Mesquida y aquí nos están tratando mucho mejor. iberostar unos farsantes y unos impresentables

Perfect Staff! Helpful, Positive, The Best! Receptionists Ms.Carmen and Ms.Lucrezia was great! Hotel have everything you can imagine! Water-park for kids, kindergarten, nanny to book, horse riding for 25€ on the beach, bicycle ride for 10€, sports trainers, animations, concerts, everything... We also did some professional photo shooting for memory. Hotel is in cooperation with great photographers from Vista Photography; Mr.Petar and Goran and they can do a great album for you. You really do not need to leave the hotel for anything. Direct entrance on the beach, delicious food, coctels, wine, all included if you take ALL INCLUSIVE package and I suggest to do so, its only a 25€ per person per day. We had a bottle of wine every dinner, every day, included...and we eat as much as we can ;) GREAT HOTEL! For sure we would come again!

We went infamy vacation for couple of weeks and took half-board option. Location is excellent - right near the beach with shallow water, ideal for a kid to play in the water barely supervised. Good set of pools, including mini aqua park for small kids. There's a club for kids, where you could drop your child for couple of hours and get him back happy and entertained. Food is up to 4-star hotel's standards - from time to time they offer very tasty options. The only complaint are smokers - people smoke outdoors and on balcony. This might drive non-smokers insane (esp in the night when you sleep with your door open to a nice sea breeze).

Superb hotel. Great entertainment. Rooms good size and modern. Food varied and hot. Hard to get beds on beach as some paid for by the week! So use towel or walk to sea from hotel as only 2min walk. Overall I think hotel is 4 star plus. Joint best all inclusive we have stayed at this far 👍

Great holiday, we went all inclusive. Now not all, all inclusive tariffs are equal. This one even had waiter service outside asking you for drinks orders. Usually you find on all inclusive holidays that they reduce staff levels at the bar and you seem to always be in a queue. Not here on. Great staff, recommend .

Lovely hotel. Rooms were very clean. Staff members were very friendly. The hotel was in a great spot for the beach. I would stay again. The only negative was how long we had to wait to check in, which took about half an hour.
