“El servicio al cliente del Embassy Suites de Atlanta es extremadamente lento, y el interior del hotel no parece haber sido remodelado recientemente, se ve muy anticuado. Al llegar a la habitación, ninguna de las tarjetas que nos programaron funcionaron en la puerta, y tomaron aproximadamente 30 minutos para regresar a la habitación solo para dejarnos entrar y después traer las tarjetas. El baño no tenía papel higiénico al llegar. En la mañana antes de salir, averiguamos que la caja fuerte no tenía batería y no podía cerrar. Aun después de llamar 3 veces a la recepción, tardamos casi una hora esperando a que seguridad llegara a reemplazar la batería. Al llegar, el guardia rompió la base para las baterías, y a este punto les dijimos que no volvieran a entrar a la habitación, ya habíamos perdido demasiado tiempo y no pudimos disfrutar de las actividades que tenían previas a el juego de fútbol americano.”

“Absolutely terrible. This place is Hilton in name only.We arrived at 2:30pm and were rudely told we could not check in until 4pm. The place is in a dangerous neighborhood and you have to be buzzed in to open the main lobby door. Parking in an extra $45 per night. Half of the staff doesn't understand English. The pool was closed.The room itself would have been five stars if this was a super 8 but for Hilton is was far below average.When we went to check out I wanted to tell someone how awful our stay was but there was simply no one working the front desk. I just left our keys on the counter but to be fair, this may be some COVID rule they have.The valet I mentioned had nine people waiting outside for their cars with just one poor 19 year old kid trying to do it all. Regardless of location, this chain has lost me as a customer for life!”
