“Filthy rooms. The carpet and couches were heavily stained, and the decor was sleazy. Bare minimum of services in room and staff who could care less. Nice pool area but creepy dude staring at us the whole time we swam.
Close to 880 but nothing else. This hotel in the middle of nowhere charges a parking fee?
Save yourself the grief and don't book here.”

“I really liked my stay here. The room is really nice and clean. The pictures showed are pretty accurate which usually isn’t the case in most hotels. The bed was soo comfortable and I slept amazingly. It is also dead silent here. Trust me I am a light sleeper. The room was clean and the water pressure is great in the shower. The only bad part is that we booked through Airbnb and they didn’t have our reservation at the front desk. Luckily they still had rooms available but that is really concerning. Don’t book on Airbnb, its also $20 more expensive than on their website. Also, another bad part is that they charge $12 for parking. That is ridiculous. Overall, though, I was happy with my stay.”

This Sheraton has multiple issues, few of them are (not sure if these are because of some cost cutting)
1. staff is not skilled at all
2. no hospitality
3. rooms smell like some cheap motel rooms
This place is a big rip off, there are other really good hotels in the vicinity, try avoiding this one.

Be aware that the photos are VERY staged and touched up. Staff were nice, Debbie was particularly helpful. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel, great sleep and that's why I'm giving it a good rating. Hotel is definitely a bit old, but we stayed in one of the higher floors so the room was probably newer with carpet, light fixtures, wallpaper and beds. I think it's crazy to charge $12/night for parking in an uncovered and open lot though, that needs to change. We were able to rent a fridge from the hotel, but would've been nice if there was microwaves available also.

Forgot to take pictures because it was a short business trip. While the hotel is nice externally and has a restaurant, my room didn’t have hot water running in the sink (the water didn’t turn on). Also, the burger and fries I ordered at the restaurant was over $30. Room service showed up before 8:30am, like a wake-up call.
It was just overnight, so the purpose was served. It was also easy for Uber pick-ups and drop-offs.
However, I’m pick a different place next time.

Front Desk Manager is very rude. I've called and spoke with her more than once. I was calm and cordial. There is no reason for the manager to keep cutting in when I'm speaking. She does not know the...
