“I originally picked the hotel cause it looks very nice and it is. I love the lobby set up, the game room and the service by Roy at the front desk was amazing BUTTTT they need to do something with that beautiful bar they have in the lobby that is closed, it’s a waste . That bar open will be a bomb and the restaurant as well. That’s an emergency. Room was nice and overall great stay.”

“Hotel Zeppelin is classy and cozy at the same time. Staff is friendly and accommodating, very professional. They have a great play room and clean lobby/seating area.
The only reason I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars is because the rooms have an extremely unpleasant smell. It smelled like wet towel/wet carpet and body odor. Granted, when we stayed there it was raining a lot so the rooms smelled musty. I opened the window to air out the room but that didn't help. It got so bad that we had to switch rooms. The front desk said they will "upgrade" us to make up for the terrible-smelling room.
When we moved to the new room, the smell wasn't any better. Along with the musty smell, it also smelled like urine. When I looked closely, in both rooms, the carpet is just dirty.
I do appreciate that the staff moved us to try to make the situation better though.
All in all, the hotel itself, along with the staff, is amazing. If it weren't for the unbearably smelly rooms, I would go back here again.”
