“Very nice and clean hotel. Suggest more friendliness to the front desk. Most of them were but some were a little too serious. Good location and ammennities were great. The only negative, seemed sort of odd, was the men's restroom in lobby was dirty and was never cleaned during the week.”

“En general, quedé muy decepcionado con mi estadía aquí en Element Sedona. Pagué $ 451.01 por una habitación por una sola noche y terminé pagando más por una tarifa de estacionamiento. Esperaba una mejor vista, sin embargo, mi habitación solo tenía una vista decente de la pared del edificio de almacenamiento de al lado. También escuché a otros huéspedes quejarse de las dificultades para conseguir toallas en la recepción.
