Un lugar encantador, simplemente el hotel es una isla privada, de un lado del hotel sus hermosas playas y del otro arrecifes y la inmensidad del mar, la atención de la gente es inmejorable al ser todo incluído y al estar todo tan rico creeme que subirás unos kilitos pero de felicidad :) vale mucho la pena ir y conocer no se arrepentirán!

El lugar es incomparable, el buffet es un poco limitado pero nada grave, la atención del personal es excelente. Jesús en el bar es muy amable. Las habitación es pequeña pero confortable. La piscina del Rey estaba cerrada 😭.Definitivamente lo voy a recomendar y seguramente regresaré 👍

É maravilhoso hotel, mar para todos os lados com água cristalina, restaurante excelente, piscina bonita, tem academia, tem Spa porémé pago. é tudo excelente. E a vista do quarto é a melhor possível.

Melhor de Isla Mujeres. Se possível se hospedar por duas noites no mínimo. Vale super a pena. Infra estrutura excelente e comida maravilhosa. Voltarei com certeza.

Hotel ótimo! Principalmente quem tem criança, pois a praia da ilha é super tranquila, e da para fazer mergulho! As acomodações ótimas, o único problema é o tal restaurante que tem que marcar dia para jantar nele, ficamos ansiosos, e quando chegou O dia a comida era horrível ! Voltamos para o tradicional !

The resort is on a beautiful beach. The location is excellent and the staff is friendly. However, the food is sub par even for an all inclusive and the staff almost expect tips so be prepared to tack on an extra few hundred for tips. The treatment is vastly different if you tip! Also the room we stayed in was old and needs to be remodeled desperately but clean.

Excelente lugar para un todo incluído, desde la comida hasta todos los del hotel muy amables, tienen muchas actividades y el mar te llega más abajo de las rodillas y súper cristalina el agua.

The hotel is dingy, rooms are disproportionate, you can use the toilet and wash your feet at the same time all while the queen size bed has 4ft on each side. There is a hanging light in the middle of the room with nothing under it to knock yourself out in the dark, the list goes on and on. We were guaranteed 2pm check out then they stated not possible. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me and don't recommend you do either!

Bonita experiencia el nado en medio del mar para visualizar las estatuas en el fondo marino y claro la vida animal. El recorrido en la playa mientras los peces nadan entre tus pies. Excelente para pasar unos días relax. 🏊🌊🌴🐟🍻

Lo único bueno de este lugar es la playa la comida es de muy baja calidad y el manejo higiénico de los alimentos es deficiente el sabor y el sazón no es de lo mejor, la actitud de los meseros también deja mucho que desear creo que no les agrada su trabajo, Falta mucho mantenimiento al hotel y limpieza.

Taking 6 teens on vacation was a struggle but Mia made it awesome! The transportation to the resort and check in went very smooth. Our 3 rooms were excellent with killer views of the ocean. I was originally worried about the food but it ended up being great. Plenty of options from burgers, nachos, asian and local dishes. The swimming pool was fun, and the beach was unreal! Our Covid test went good and we had results within a few hrs. I think some people are to picky and unreasonable with there reviews because Mia Reef should be 5 stars all the way. Roger, Miguel,Richy and a few others always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and to make sure you were happy. Thanks Mia, the kids will always remember the dance parties, bingo nights, and whale sharks!

The hotel is very outdated, grounds are not well kept. There were trash everywhere. Food trash and empty plastic bottles just turned me off.Food is definitely 1 star andless.I really wanted to like the area and everything. Our room is so small. The floors in the room is so dirty. Bathroom is gross.Nonetheless the staff were great to make up for the very disappointing resort. Will I come back...... No.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a stay. This site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I'm sure!It was amazing I was there last month. To me everything was great. All I have to say in if you're going swimming watch out for the coral, I was looking at the fish and swiped my hand to stay up right and wacked some coral and got a cut on my hand. Also under the bridge and pier be careful to not step on any baby sting ray.

It was amazing I was there last month. To me everything was great. All I have to say in if you're going swimming watch out for the coral, I was looking at the fish and swiped my hand to stay up right and wacked some coral and got a cut on my hand. Also under the bridge and pier be careful to not step on any baby sting ray.

Buyer beware. Their website clearly states that reservations are refundable up to 10 daysbefore you depart. I needed to cancel nearly 2 months before the trip, and I still haven't been refunded. They are shady, dishonest and keep giving me the run around. I would never do business with a place that operates in this fashion. We had planned to go there in the future, but now we will plan to go elsewhere. Be careful!!

THANK GOODNESS we moved to Mia Reef mid-vacation after a horrible experience at the Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda! The Mia Reef is in a BEAUTIFUL location - you have the view/sounds of the ocean on the reefs on one side of the resort and a clean, beautiful, well-kept beach on the other! The entire property was clean and well-maintained. Every staff member we encountered was so incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating - specifically Gloria, Nancy, Hans, Isarel & Beto! We wish we could have spent our entire vacation here - it was a lovely experience!

Terrible hotel! Do not stay here.Staff are terrible and we also believe they stole my friends phones. Best part is the reef but be careful because there is no life guard on duty. Saw 2 people almost down as it gets deep in areas very quick without notice. No one was there to help them, luckily 2random people assisted.This is better as a day trip. The lounge chairs are dirty and old.

Haven't stayed here YET.Got the day pass and it is totally worth it.You get open bar and all you can eat all day. With the pass you also get lounger, umbrella and access to kayaks and stand up paddle boards.Staff will set up your loungers and umbrellas for you and will bring you drinks.Beach area is amazing with a side for snorkeling.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The staff is very polite but they can't compensate for the low quality food and old installations. They describe themselves as "destination of oceanfront tranquility & luxury" but they fail on both. There are better options on Isla Mujeres.

This place was good 5 years ago and has continually gone downhill. Let me start by WARNING you all, do not buy into the “membership”. All you are doing is giving up your hard earned cash. The food is terrible, the service is eh and the hotel is old and in major need of repairs. A lot of the staff that made this place worth visiting is now gone or working at much nicer and newer hotels. I do not recommend this place other than for the location. It has the best “family” friendly beachfront and that is all it’s has going for it. We have been coming here at least 3 times per year and now are looking to find a new place we will visit frequently. Many, many other restaurants and hotels that are ages beyond Mia Reef. Oh, not to mention there hasn’t been hot water all day and they don’t seem to care. I called to ask what is going on with the water as we haven’t had any since 5 when we tried to shower. It’s now 10:10pm and I’m writing the review after asking receptionist about the water. They said it’s been out all day and maybe tomorrow.

Ficamos hospedados pela segunda vez no Mia Reef. O atendimento foi muito bom desde a chegada no hotel, pelos maleteiros e recepcionistas, pelos garçons e demais funcionários, com destaque especial para o Rodrigão Capitão, que foi muito educado, atencioso, nos auxiliou em tudo o que precisamos, demonstrando ainda carinho e interesse pelo Brasil.Com certeza foi um diferencial positivo em relação aos demais hoteis em que ficamos hospedados. O hotel oferece caiaque, stand up, snorkel, o que possibilita desfrutar melhor da praia, que é fantástica. Todas as refeições foram muito boas, com sabor e qualidade. O frigobar do quarto oferece cerveja Corona, refrigerantes, água, chocolate, salgadinhos e até margarita, outro diferencial positivo. O que sugerimos mais atenção do hotel seria sobre o mau cheiro do encanamento do banheiro do quarto e o alcance e qualidade do wi-fi. Voltaremos pela terceira vez, com certeza!!!
