“The rooms are quite nice esthetically. The rep that checked me in was very professional and polite. The communal microwave in the hall is a choice. Be careful when you flush with the "#2" button as it's like sea world: the first few rows will get wet! The layout of the hotel is neatly divided with a center atrium. It's a neat property.”

“I have to be honest, the rooms are a bit dated. However, I have to give this place 4 stars because I received excellent customer service from the time I got out of my vehicle down to the bellman escorting me to my room. Everyone was extremely pleasant! Josh was so informative with giving me plenty of options on things to do. The pool is literally the best indoor pool I’ve ever experienced. And it’s actually heated unlike the other places that just say they are. The only reason I can’t give this place 5 stars is because the door wouldn’t open sometimes and the evening staff wasn’t attentive so I literally had to force the door open to get inside the hotel.”
