“A roupa de cama e toalhas no nosso quarto estavam furadas. O serviço no café da manhã era péssimo, a equipe estava mais preocupada em conversar entre si do que atender aos hóspedes. Nos causou a impressão que a gestão está relegada. É uma pena pois, a localização é ótima e é o hotel NH de maior diária na cidade.”
