“O cara da recepção Bryan me fez esperar 2 boas horas para me enviar artigos de toalete. E quando liguei para a recepção, novamente o cara Bryan atendeu e respondeu de maneira arrogante. Tudo é ótimo, exceto as pessoas da recepção. Pior experiência neste 33 bosques corporativos dr. Rochester NY Marriott. Não gasto R$ 200 para receber esse tipo de serviço ou ser tratado dessa forma. Decepcionante demais.”
