“Very nice hotel, except for the fact that we were called at 10pm to switch rooms. Not only was my significant other here for work, we were already sleeping, he had to be up early for work the next day. We are still unsure of the reason for the move, something about an issue with an alarm? But they couldn't disclose any more information. We didn't see anyone else move rooms except us which makes us wonder what the real reason was. We were then given 40 minutes to pack up and move to the other room and then we get a knock 5 minutes later asking if we were ready. We didn't need 40 minutes but a good 15 minutes would have been nice. We were given vouchers for a complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience which was nice but when I redeemed at the kitchen I was given a not so nice look from the lady working there. She never acknowledged me again after I handed her my complimentary breakfast voucher. I thought breakfast would include more than bread and fruit with cereal.”

“Over rated and over priced. Room was fine... nothing special, enough coffee in room to make 1 cup of reg and 1 decaf. Very snooty help everyone holding their hand out for tips. $30 mandatory parking fee and pet friendly? $100 fee per night for a dog in your room? No place to take them to do their business. No breakfast or even coffee...NEVER AGAIN”
