Ok hotel, mas serviço de bar KATASTROFA. Há hóspedes melhores e piores, fomos incluídos nos piores, então depois de uma longa viagem de Frankfurt am Main, cerca de 500 km, nos hospedamos no hotel e a essa altura estava ok. Pedido, mas depois de servir a sopa aos meus esposa, ele apareceu depois de 15 minutos e anunciou que o grupo tinha acabado de entrar e tínhamos que esperar cerca de 30 minutos pelo prato principal (eram três mesas ocupadas, incluindo a inferior), por falta de minha aprovação, ele disse que ele não estava interessado em nada e se não quisermos esperar, podemos ir para outro lugar e ir embora. Só depois da intervenção da senhora da recepção pudemos jantar. Em TM, ficávamos neste hotel duas vezes por mês, não muito longe da rodovia, mas o dobro, eu acho. Em tempos de pandemia, essa abordagem ao cliente é um ESCÂNDALO. Conto com a reação da direção.

Bons quartos em condições de limpeza, uma alça seria anexada à banheira no banheiro, pois você tem que entrar lá. O café da manhã era muito bom, comer no bar à noite com um serviço simpático, lanches pequenos, mas bom e saboroso. Apenas o barulho da rua era irritante, as janelas não são necessariamente à prova de som Caso contrário, ficamos muito satisfeitos.

Were here for a conference workshop. Location is OK, food in the restaurant good and snacks well sized. There seem to be no bicycle racks at all. Had to lock my bicycle to the fence in front of the hotel.

Quartos são limpos e espaçosos. Os quartos são climatizados. A localização no cruzamento principal tende a ser barulhenta, com as janelas com boa insonorização. Nenhum serviço de quarto foi oferecido. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom. Não há vagas de estacionamento suficientes no estacionamento subterrâneo e é difícil encontrar uma vaga na área

O hotel fica apenas a cerca de 3 km do centro da cidade e, portanto, pode ser facilmente alcançado a pé ou de transportes públicos. Os quartos eram grandes, bem equipados e limpos. O banheiro também era de bom tamanho. Embora o quarto estivesse localizado na rua principal, as janelas mantinham bem o barulho do tráfego. O café da manhã era de boa qualidade e ofereceu muitas possibilidades de escolha. No último andar existe uma área de bem-estar com sauna e sauna a vapor, bem como sala de fitness. Contras: a sauna a vapor era tão legal que não podia ser usada. A área de fitness não abre até às 10:00 da manhã. Isso significa que o exercício matinal não é possível. O bar do hotel oferece uma boa seleção de bebidas a preços justos. A localização do estacionamento ao redor do hotel não é muito boa e os custos do estacionamento subterrâneo são muito altos. Ao todo, eu iria visitar o hotel novamente a qualquer momento.

The hotel is all in all clean with a gym and sauna and basic amenities.
With regard to the location we did find the hotel a bit away from the main attractions. Is a good 2/3km walk to any of the city attractions.

Os quartos estão bem, mas nada mais, a devastação do tempo já corroeu um pouco. A equipe foi muito simpática e prestativa. O pequeno-almoço não nos convenceu, já vimos melhor em hotéis com menos estrelas. A falta de pessoal era claramente perceptível. No geral, não ficamos satisfeitos com a relação preço-desempenho.

The hotel is in really good shape and super good value for money. Staff is friendly, decor is modern and decent, location is convenient to access the city yet be quiet at night. Will be my preferred place to stay in Dresden in the future.

Hotel con habitaciones limpias, baños antiguos. No hablan castellano, información escrita en el hotel sólo en alemán. Desayuno muy básico, tostadas, pocos variedad de fiambre y de bollería aunque buena, zumos y cafés de baja calidad. Los canales de televisión en todos los idiomas pero ningún canal español.

Good hotel for a short stay with decent breakfast. It is quite close to some main roads, so it can be relatively noisy if your room is facing towards there. If you are coming by car you can just drive into the underground garage, it is 16 euros per day.

Liked the room, the breakfast, 5 min walk to a tram stop and 8 stops to the center. Didn't like that I requested separate beds and was given a double bed when they still had separate beds. They seemed in a hurry for me to checkout 90 min before the time. The maid knocked the door and when I opened she excused herself and went away which is ok. But 5 min later another hotel woman opened the door when I was dressing myself and I did not hear knocking first, which is not ok.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Neustadt (zona de fiesta) y con un solo transbordo de tranvía se llega muy fácil y rápido desde Haupbahnhof, (Haupbahnhof > Bischofsweg > Friedenstrasse). Como curiosidad tienen habitaciones para fumadores.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and polite personnel. WIFI however sucks. The free one is just about mails, the enhanced is just slightly better. This is the reason I gave 4 stars. Hotel should notice, they need a decent Internet connection, not just an alibi one.
