“Service is impeccable. The welcome cookies were delicious as always. The rest of the staff were very welcoming and hospitable as well. The room was superb. It's really clean, spacious and comfortable.
It's attached to a mall, so it's convenient to just head downstairs to buy food or stuff we need. There's plenty of food nearby that's a walking distance too.”

“The good
The bed was very soft and comfortable. The room we were given had so many issues but they are quick to address and resolve the issues.
Staff is always very friendly and polite. Well trained and professional.
The hotel manager Odelia, was kind enough to provide the resolution as well as provide some form compensation for our troubles.
The bad
Wasn't happy with the room facilities. There were always problems.
Day 1 the electricity couldn't be turned on at midnight. Needed to call in the technician.
Day 2 fridge wasn't cold. Sink wasn't draining properly. Shower head pressure was bad. We also came back and saw a loose slipper and a random tissue paper ( not ours) under the bed.
Day 3 water heating takes 5-10 minutes to come on. And when it does come on, it's either very hot or very cold
Water heating still couldn't be fixed despite the complaint. Down from 4 to 3 star.”
